I wish so badly I could do zero stars. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service agent in my life. My 2 small children and I went into this store to do an Amazon return- I had never done it this way before, and asked the man behind the counter for assistance, ie. what info he would need from me. He blankly stared at me and didnât say a word. There was one other person in the store, he very rudely told me to move out of the way so he could help others until I figured out what I was doing. I politely said- âI think I got it here, Iâm sorryâ he literally picked up my packages, tossed them (semi violently) to the side and said âno ya donât- nextâ- my son and daughter looked up at me and grabbed my leg- visibly startled by his behavior. When he was done w/the other customer- he said âlooks like you still havenât figured it outâ- I responded by letting him know I was sorry he was having a bad day, but I didnât deserve this kind of treatment. He let me know his day was fine, but he was having a bad moment being in my presence. I was literally speechless- I looked at his name tag, Kevin S- owner. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME???? I let Kevin know that his behavior was appalling and considering he was the âownerâ it was even more so. He told me to go ahead tell whoever I wanted, he didnât care, because my business meant nothing to him. Walked away. There is literally no signal in the store, it was ridiculous how long it took to pull up the info I needed. I let the very polite young man that ended up finishing my transaction know, I would pray for him and his patience w/having to deal w/Kevin as a boss. I will NEVER use this UPS store again- this man (Iâm struggling calling him that) was so incredibly awful, my 6 year old asked if we should be calling the cops when we walked outside and my 3 year old expressed her sadness that he threw our packages and raised his voice.    Read moreUsually my trips to this store are uneventful but today's stop was different. I had an item to ship, wrapped up and ready with the label in hand, just needed a box, and some packing tape. The clerk measured my item and proceeded to ring me up. The amount that rang up seemed a bit high so I asked how much the box was. He said they offer packaging services, so instead of asking me if I wanted them to package it for me, he assumed and charged me for it. I told him that I was fine packing it up myself. He said that since they offered packing services, I had to take the box and pack it up outside of the store. Huh?? Okay.... I asked for the label back so I could take it and pack it up at home and bring it back tomorrow (he had taken the label and scanned, again assuming I wanted packing services) to which he stated he couldn't give it to me because it was already in the system. So now I had no choice but to put the box together in the back of my car because I wasn't "allowed" to do so in the store -- I bought the box AND the tape from them!! What??!! I should have been able to box up my item in the store if I purchased the materials from you AND you refuse to give me back my shipping label! Ridiculous! Not good customer service in my opinion. I'll take my packing and shipping needs elsewhere, thanks. I'm not paying for packing services that will cost as much as the shipping itself,...
   Read moreI've dropped off a lot of packages here in the past. They're always fairly cold, and not very friendly. They always try to push purchasing stamps, which I assume is their way of up-selling you. I don't blame for this at all--you gotta make money.
Last night, I got there after hours to drop off a pre-paid package. It was packaged, paid for, and all ready to be shipped; we were just looking for a drop box or something. It was 7:30 pm. I didn't see a box to drop it off at, but we saw a gentleman inside with the lights on. My wife politely knocked on the door, and asked if she could just drop off the package, and the gentleman looked and shrugged his shoulders. He then proceeded bend down and rummage through a cabinet. I knocked on the door after that and tried to ask again, and he did the same--he shrugged his shoulders. All I was looking for was an explanation. Why couldn't I simply give him the package to send tomorrow? If their systems were down, or was against policy, then I would 100% understand. But he didn't give an explanation. Instead he shrugged his shoulders and ignored us like we were trying to cause trouble or something.
I will go out of my way to never give this store my business again, and I hope you do too. I know this is a one-off experience but it has tarnished my view of this store...
