NAPA Auto Parts - Prior Lake — Local services in Prior Lake

Came here for windshield wipers. Guys working asked me what I wanted for quality and directed me towards a certain brand. They even took the time to switch out the brackets for the right one while I was browsing. They offered to check them in a week if they were streaking or not working well. I also asked about Marine Oil and they went out of their way to try to answer my questions. I also asked about hitch covers (which were not in the store) and they looked them up in front of me. I went home and had trouble installing the blades and I returned to the store . The same guy was working and came outside and helped me put them on. While I was out there another worker was helping another customer. I was considering buying these on Amazon but I wouldn't get this kind of service from them! Will...

Impersonal service, employee only wanted to look up the part I needed. Which would have been fine if he had tried to sell me the correct part (the wrong part needed to be ordered). I asked why their online store showed a different part number for what I needed in the brand I wanted and showed it being in-stock. I was met with a blank stare and told to wait while he checked if they had it. I put the other items I needed back and bought the part that magically materialized in the back room...

I went to this store that I have been going to for five years to return a defective brake pad and asked for a replacement. The store clerk immediately told me that i installed the pad backwards. It’s been in my vehicle for six months and would obviously have caused major issues if I did that. He was very unprofessional, extremely rude and insulted me. (Older gentleman with a large beard named Bob. One of the other employees said he was the store manager).

I will never return to this...
