Absolutely horrendous experience. Placed an order online and was quoted 16-21 minutes. A straightforward order of an 8-pc boneless combo, 5 classic, 4 tenders.
I arrived at the restaurant at the 24 minute mark. Checked in and was told it was almost ready, they were working on it. Person walked in and placed an order at the register shortly after I checked in. Heard nothing for 10 minutes and checked again for an update. Was told it was up next, 3-4 minutes.
Checked in AGAIN after an additional 10 minutes (total time PAST original estimate was now 23 minutes). They apologized, it was almost ready. People were coming and going, picking up online orders but mine was never ready.
The most frustrating thing was when the guy who walked in AFTER me and ordered IN THE STORE picked up his order. I still did not have mine. I asked repeatedly why my order was not ready after being told multiple times it was almost ready and pointed out the guy who had his order already and arrived after me and well after I had placed my order. I was handed a brownie.
Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting in the store I received my order. I am understanding that stuff happens. They were somewhat apologetic. All I asked was for them to make it right. Could they refund my order? No. Could I get coupons or a gift card for a future visit? No. Or SOMETHING to make it right for the continuous miscommunication? They offered me a free drink.
They took my email address to pass along the information for requesting a refund or a credit for a future visit. Unsurprisingly, haven’t heard a thing.
And after all of that…they didn’t include ranch, 2 of the 5 classic wings were gross and the tenders were rubbery.
Please train or empower your employees to make things right with customers. Or improve service and quality.

I will mention but not go into details about how gross the store was. Giant puddle of water on the floor littered with garbage and no wet floor sign. Employees going back and forth taking orders at the registers and then handling food without washing hands.

We pull up and it’s not very packed at first, there’s a couple to the left us still waiting on their food, and then we order and they tell us it’ll be a 25 min wait. I said it was fine bc yk it was the weekend idrc abt time on the weekend. We sit down in the front of the store and wait patiently for about 20 mins.😼😼
Mind you, people are coming and going with online orders, the cooks in the back are yapping up a storm and not cooking a damn thing🤨🤨
Two of my friends needed to head to the bathroom so we changed seats and sat in the back of the store instead of the cramped little bench. 15 mins later their food comes and they are tearing it up on my soul.😭😭
Now at this point it’s about 20 mins after they get their food and I’m getting a little pissed off bc we have been there almost a hour and no sight of my food, and I start getting verbal with my friends and saying that they need to hurry up with my food or i might tweak out a little.💔💔
The main worker a lean green bean of a fella with glasses overheard my comment and our conversation and started apologizing and looking at us saying “it’ll be right out” it was NOT right out. It took a good 30 more mins before I got my buffalo wings and I ate ALL of them (they were cold) and I looked at the fries and kinda laughed (they were burnt almost and disgusting even with ketchup) I paid 25$ for THAT bs. 😒😒
Long story short do NOT eat here just pick it up bc that’s all they prioritize...

The service was non existent... the fries were soggy... items were missing. We live 25 mins away so coming back to get items was not an option. I called and sat on hold for 70 minutes and no one picked up. I was hoping to at least get a refund for items they did not send. I wrote feedback on the site and no one reached back out, even though I requested that. The next morning after, my wife was down with food poisoning and so were one of the kids. Needless to say, we will NOT be back. There was NO flavor in the chicken and the with the missing vegetables that we paid for and never got and no call back from the manager... this business will fail. Stay away everyone I gave them 2 weeks to respond. NOTHING back from them. Very sad.
