Travis successfully found us our unicorn. We had a budget that he worked with strictly, while still appetizing our tastes for exploration by showing us a few "what if" homes that really helped put our search criteria into perspective. We were also very specific about size and location, and again, Travis helped us not only find exactly what we were looking for but also guided us along the way. He filled us with local knowledge about each neighborhood as though he had lived there his whole life, and kept us up to date on sales and pricing trends.

Going out to look at houses was like hanging out with a close friend and it rarely felt like a business proceeding at all. He was just as eager to climb into attics and discuss insulation as he was neighborhood trends, restaurants, elementary schools, and everything in between. Super hands-on through the whole process, but never invasive or overbearing.

His communication was perfect and he was vigilant in his search, showing us listings before the homeowners even knew they were ready to sell. At one point we started to get discouraged in our search (we were looking for a perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, for pennies) and communicated that with him, asking to take the foot off the gas for a little bit. He did so wonderfully, keeping an eye on the very tight market while being very selective with the listings he sent us during our personal slow period.

We had a few disappointing moments; but he helped us recover and sell our house. We’ve had other realtors, but none with his passion and determination.
