Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Tonight, 1/26/2025, my wife on her way home from the hospital stopped by to pickup a late dinner for us. Everything we get is ordered the same way every single time for 14+ years. Tonight every taco is cracked in half due to lazy or clumsiness when bagging as well as there was only cheese on the tacos ordered from my #1 crunchy supreme meal. Order is always no lettuce and add chicken instead of beef. Even if they were cheese only why is there almost no cheese on this taco? To pay $35+ and this is what we receive is a joke. Usually I say nothing and let it go but with prices as high as they are this isn't acceptable. The tomatoes and sour cream are only there in such a little amount because my wife asked for sides to try and make up for their mistake. Clearly they didn't even give enough for us to rectify this.

My suggestion to all customers is to check every single part of your order before getting home or simply go to a real Mexican joint from now on. This location has been sliding downhill for months depending on who's working. This makes me sad because there use to be a few nice folks that were at...

I don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. The only reason I would even go here is for the Pizza Hut breadsticks. My phone was updating so I had to order at the drive thru and the Hispanic older woman (she’s the manager) literally asked me every 20 seconds if I was ready. She rushed me into ordering when there was no one behind me either. I didn’t understand what her problem was and when I told her at the end to sub everything with black beans, she showed me attitude afterwards at the window. She said she has people on her headset which wasn’t true because no one was at the drive thru except us. The other thing is I handed her a $10 bill and my card to cover the rest and she charged it all on the card despite that. I even told her and she said too late it’s done. An exquisite dine. Excellent food and fast, friendly service as always. I did, however notice the bag was a little heavy going home, and I had a sneaking suspicion what was up. I must alert you that I noticed that instead of the 16 sauces I ordered (4 Diablo, 4 fire, 4 hot, and 4 mild), I instead received 17 (4 Diablo, 5 fire, 4 hot and 4 mild.) While this is the closest any taco bell location has gotten to my actual order, this is still less than satisfactory. My taco bell sauce packet drawer is getting too hard to close due to the repetitive inaccuracies provided by the sauce counters. I am not smiling. It's almost like they throw a handful of sauces in the bag instead of lovingly counting it. This is another loss. I will try again soon to give you one...
