Fraudsters, they gave wrong order. Fine, ppl make mistake. When we came all the way back in cold weather, they argued that we ordered that wrong item but I still insisted the butcher gave wrong one.

when asked for refund, they tried to convince to keep the wrong item (the item we wanted no longer available) and said next time they will make sure that we will get the right item.(they want the money, it doesn't bother them, that they gave the wrong item, no guilt)

Shame on them asking us to keep what we have not ordered, when insisted again on refund the owner says, he will take the item back but cant refund, since credit card transactions are difficult to refund(really?!) and told us to come back again and get meat, not money (he will hold the money until then).

Wow! How much they love to keep other's money without rendering a product or a faithful service?

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Due to COVID, we ordered our meat via phone- I ordered 2 goat legs, along with a LOT of other chicken and meat/beef items. picked up my items and came home. Upon coming home I saw the ENTIRE goat meat was missing. And I called them- and they refused to listen/ cooperate or accept that there could have been a mistake. I asked them to check their cameras - to see if anything went wrong in the back by mistake. But they were very rude and refused to even acknowledge my concern. They said I should have checked before coming leaving the store. It is COVID. We are not shopping Instore. I put my trust in them for my order to be complete. I will NEVER go back to them again. We can’t be serious with the 3 star rating for this place, and the name should be anything but Marhaba (welcome). Walked in and asked who must be the owner older man at the checkout where can I order meat. Sends by the Mexicans cutting the meat in the back. I stand there for nearly 20 minutes while the workers cutting the meat completely ignored me, then the old guy from the checkout comes by them and I am thinking ok he is gonna ask them if they took my order, nope! He started talking to them about how great his freezer is working since he got it fixed. I decided it was time to leave and I wasn’t so Marhaba at this place.
