Nick literally saved my life in so many aspects. My cell got some sort of malware from a link on FB. The link looked like a legitimate news page that I have clicked on before. I assume the web address was slightly off and I didn’t notice. At any rate, my cell began running hot on a cool day and the battery, within hours began to drain to 10 minutes of battery life the first day. I tried all of the usual stuff Apple recommends but nothing worked. I am a Sprint customer. I went to Sprint (now Tmobile) on Golf & Roselle to get my battery fixed the next day (at this point as soon as I unplugged my phone it would die), and an employee told me that they don’t fix batteries there. I have an elderly mother who needs a wheelchair and this day she needed to be with me. Rather, I had to go to the one on Algonquin and Golf. So I asked the gentleman at the Golf & Roselle store if he was ABSOLUTELY SURE the other store could fix my phone as I did not want to tax my mother’s comfort by going somewhere else just to be told that they won’t fix my phone. I was assured that the other store could help me. I went to Tmobile on Algonquin & Golf and I told the woman that my battery literally was dead; it dies once unplugged. She asked if I was a Sprint customer and I said yes. She said that Tmobile won’t fix Sprint phones and if I had insurance on the phone I would have to send in my phone to get it fixed! WOW. I need a phone for so many reasons, we all do!, but I really need it for my mom. I recalled that my daughter had her friend fix her phone (Nick). So me and my mom were off to see my daughter. She sent Nick a text and Nick immediately contacted me with what time he would arrive. A phone techy person comes to you if absolutely needed (my mom was worn out)?! Awesome! Nick followed up with his ETA and called when he was close. He was very nice and professional. Once the new battery was in, my phone was fine. I had to change passwords on my apps, but I had a working phone 😃 Nick is a nice gentleman, professional, and very quick to remedy a situation. The most important thing is: He is reasonable and AFFORDABLE. I highly recommend. I should have called him first because it would have saved me over 2 hours of time I could have been doing other important stuff. I would give 100...

I am a repeat customer of Nick’s; my outdoorsy active lifestyle makes it inconvenient to always keep my phone in a case. My phone issues have involved a cracked screen and water damage. Nick takes his work with pride and treats his clients with utmost professionalism. When it comes to a phone screen— it was replaced on the spot. water damage was done within a 24 hour window in order for him to test the parts and assure everything functioned as it should. The prices are more than reasonable compared to what it would cost to insure a phone annually plus what you would pay for a deductible anyways. I am more than pleased with how quick and thorough Nick is, customer service is definitely his strength.

I had an awesome experience with iNow Phone Repair. Nick was super fast, had great communication, and the pricing was way better than the big franchise repair shops. He also doesn’t require your PIN code, which gave me extra peace of mind — privacy and security are clearly a priority. My phone was fixed quickly and works perfectly now.
