Raff (not sure of spelling) in the Pro Shop helped me determine what bowling ball I needed since I am a total newbie. He then sized my hand and analyzed my fingers to ensure the holes were properly made for my hand (there really is a science to it that you don't want to do through an online seller). He then drilled the holes while I tried on KR Strikeforce bowling shoes - they have many choices including Dexter. You get one free game of bowling to test your ball if you bought it there and Raff even watched me and gave me valuable pointers that helped my form a lot. I've been going to Brad for at least 5 years now. He always has a great variety of bowling balls in stock, and is a great help in choosing the right ball for my style, as well as to compliment the other bowling balls in my bag.

Additionally, Brad is an excellent instructor. I've been going to him for lessons. He's great at not just implementing improvements, but he also explains the benefits of making the suggested changes. It makes it a lot easier to implement the change when I understand why he's suggesting it. I honestly see significant improvements after each lesson.
