Bar Down Sports Grill — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

So it’s Monday night and we’re in the neighborhood and stoped at Bar Down Sports Grill for the first time. We were greeted and waited on by Camille. Such a happy, friendly and joyful personality she had. She constantly checked on us and offered an outstanding service. Food was amazing, we had burgers, nachos and chicken wings. Super fresh and delicious. Now let me tell you what sets this place apart from any other restaurant/bar we’ve been to. Apparently on Monday nights they have musical bingo which is ran by Frank Vito with the Thumbs Up Productions. No, it’s not the bingo you think. He plays songs and you have to guess the titles. And yes, you get paper and markers and you win prizes! Everyone at our table won! The music is off charts good. So much fun! I have to admit that the nachos we ordered, it was because we didn’t want to leave! This place is awesome but Frank made it memorable. We found out that on Friday nights they have karaoke so now we have to return on Monday nights and Friday nights.You have to try it for the great food but also for the Monday night fun with Frank Vito. We love love love Bar Down Sports Grill & Poplar Creek Bowl. I have attend many events here! We came to enjoy the karaoke nights, I have also been here for fun bowling parties & fundraisers. We have the best time - Diane & Amy are amazing if you are looking for a space to host an event. They will work with you every step of the way to create a fabulous event. I have hosted both my husband’s birthday party & my brother’s birthday party in the lounge at the Bar Down Grill. They went above and beyond - everything was just wonderful. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. Diane has made special items for us that were not on the menu too. They are so easy to work with on getting everything done with ease. We always have such an enjoyable experience + the prices are very reasonable and the entire atmosphere is fun & upbeat. We are getting ready to host our reunion at their location in a couple of weeks and we are planning another birthday party here next month.
