I discovered Billy Doe Meats during a time that I was fighting for my life. I was severely sick with a chronic CDiff Infection & over 10 autoimmune diseases. I did not have that much hope in that season. I desperately tried the carnivore diet 8 times And felt worse each time- Having horrible histamine reactions. Then I found Billy Doe! Not only was it a total game changer in terms of being delicious meat Of the best quality that it was not even familiar with (any of the bone and cuts makes the absolute best broth you will ever have!), but I was no longer having those horrible reactions. The Billy Doe family has also extended so much immeasurable kindness, love, and encouragement to me personally that I never asked for but was surely needed.

I reversed every single diagnosis and I am now thriving. Billy Doe Meats is one of the reasons that I am still here today! I have been able to introduce lots of variety in my diet but I still enjoy Billy Doe Meats on a regular basis- Simply because it is the best in every way.

I now a full-time health coach and recommend them to most of my clients who are also dealing with histamine intolerance or a need for gut healing (Which happens with fatty ruminant meat!). We all agree that once you try Billy Doe you don't go back!

My favorite cuts: Lamb chops, boneless lamb sirloin, goat shank, goat neck, veal and goat ribs, sweetbreads, and all of the bone in stew meat.

I first heard about BillyDoe Meats from watching YouTube videos by Bella @steakandbuttergal on where to purchase excellent meat that's not aged since I was getting histamine reactions from meat I was buying in my local organic markets. I've ordered several times now in a very short period of time (for me) and each time I've been beyond impressed with the quality of the meat and packaging.

I first heard about Billy Doe Meats on Dr. Ken Berry's YouTube Channel and was happy to learn that they are local to the Chicago area. Since that time, I have placed three orders as they are my 'go to' for lamb and goat. If I could give 10 starts in this review, I would! The meats are excellent and the service is absolutely way beyond anything that I would have expected! My orders typically arrive the same day and beyond that, Tim phones to let me know the order is packed and on its way - shortly thereafter the driver calls to let me know the ETA!!! WHAT!?
