I hesitated to bring my Longines watch here for a battery change after seeing reviews about scratched watch backs, but unfortunately, I gave them a chance. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

I dropped off my watch on a Saturday, requesting a battery change and the addition of links I provided. To ensure careful handling, I even took pictures beforehand and told Liliana to take her time—I was fine picking it up on Tuesday.

When I got it back, not only had they removed links instead of adding the ones I gave, but the battery stopped working within hours. Worse, the watch backing had a noticeable scratch from their attempt to open it. When I pointed it out, the staff dismissed my concerns, saying it was “normal” and that if she had used her own tools from home, it wouldn’t have happened.

After the watch stopped working, they asked me to bring it back so they could check it or send it to a watch repairman. Instead, I took it to a trusted jeweler at the mall, who replaced the battery in 20 minutes. It’s been working perfectly for weeks now.

The reason I’m giving an average rating is that the lady Liliana is extremely rude, doesn’t listen to what I was trying to say, instead she hung up on me, and then I sent my son to collect my necklace, I called him on his phone to talk to her n and she barely listened to me n she hung up again! She should be fired in my opinion n thinks as she is the owner! Both Elizabeth n Mary were nice to talk to me but there is lack of communication on their end! I had requested Elizabeth to have the owners be made of this and to have them call me to which no call from owners were made! I was told by Elizabeth that they would fix this as a courtesy, but when I went to pick up I was told by Mary that I need to pay! She said they would be out of business if they paid like this! Again seriously n Clearly lack of communication between the folks that work there! Very disappointing that the way Lilliana talked n no wonder the low ratings given are by her poor service! we have purchased several things here over the years, going back to when it was rainbow jewelers. In the past they always had professional people working in there. no longer the case. I brought a couple of watches in for a simple battery replacement and it turned into a 30 day fiasco. Either no communication or miscommunication was the rule of the day. They lost a good customer

there is nothing to talk about, both employees in the store were extremely unprofessional, I had to repeat the same phone number four times before she got it correct, they never contacted me – I had to chase them to find out where my watches were . One was even eating her lunch and still chewing when she came out to talk to me after I waited almost 10 minutes. After all this trouble, and they knew I was upset, when the watches were finally ready they didn’t even do a courtesy clean on them. They were all full of fingerprints and smudges.
