Where the hell do I start? Get comfy... I have been the ideal customer for years. I have always been kind, PATIENT, and flexible to this staff, even though the only kind employee is the blonde one (pardon my manners I do not know her name). After today’s experience, I will never be back... and I’m honestly sad. I got there at 2 pm (on a Thursday mind you), After an hour and a half of waiting I started getting a little ancy. But I stayed seated because there is a SIGN that says if you leave you lose your spot! I’ve always heard they’re very strict about that...so I stayed. After 2 and a half hours, I started growing pretty impatient, Kathy took 65 min to do one lady’ nails... the poor woman has carpal tunnel in both her wrists. I think she should train everyone to do what she can do, considering the clientele is so high and the demand for Kathy is even higher... Anyways. I waited 3 hours 35 min for her. Why not sooner? Because another customer LEFT AND GOT SOMETHING TO EAT. Mind you, I was starving but I stayed in my seat! She walks in, and Kathy said “ what number are you?” I said “8”. THE GIRL WHO LEFT gets called up. I’m like no way.. at this point I was like oh hell no, and immediately pointed out that I got there first, and she said “no she left to get food.” Ok so apparently they have special rules that they don’t post. I read the sign, I followed the salons rules, the other customer broke them and got to skip me when that’s clearly “not allowed.” The sign says “you leave, you lose your spot”???. And I said all of this and nobody made a peep! And you would think if I was in the wrong somebody would say something?? But nope. Silence. Except one guy that told me “go get something to eat.” If there are special exceptions, that is fine but they need to be posted to where everyone can see them. I had a huge list of things I needed to get done today, including doing homework, going to the gym, cleaning my home, and cooking dinner for my family. So not only did I have to wait 4 hours to be seen, but I was also skipped in line by someone who was given special treatment , AND I was told it was my fault because I didn’t ask!!! I told her that that’s not fair, and she still satisfied the customer that left. And to add fuel to the fire, when I was seen, I was rushed through with nails that I’m not even happy with, they’re lackluster, and I truly felt that she thought giving me the bare minimum would be fine. I said hi to the daughter(?) and asked how she was doing and she said “fine” with the sharpest attitude...She then told me my total was $80 because of what I requested (2 foils, 3 marbled nails, and some gems that do not match the look) I paid it, because I was tired of hearing myself complain. I left that salon at 7pm... I have never been so disappointed in a business’ customer service in my life. I’m honestly at a loss for words... they do great nails (for some people) and upcharge you even after they take advantage of you... this business has a lot to work on. I hope they take what happened today as a learning experience... nice knowing you Nail Pro....
Read moreI got a gel glitter set that was so poorly done on 9/27/ The tech that did my nail set had glitter coming through the gel, and I had to tell him to fix it. After what I thought was an okay job, I paid, only to have to come back on 9/28 to have another problem corrected. The side of my nails had begun to peel in less than 24hrs. Once I arrived, I was told by the woman who sits at the front station that the issue would be corrected and that I quote, "We do good nail here." I sat and waited only to be argued down by 3 of the technicians that once I had the nail polish removed that the initial tech did, I would have to pay an additional $15 dollars to have polish put back onto my nails after the 1st set was done very poorly. I paid $50 for something that I had to come clear back across town to have fixed that should have been "GOOD NAIL" in the 1st place. This place is extremely unprofessional and does not live up to the name Nail Pro by far. The pretty colors and glitters can not cover up the foul attitudes of the employees here. I will NEVER spend my money here again and will most definitely share my POOR EXPERIENCE. IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1 STAR, I WOULDN'T...
Read moreToday I’ve had the worse experience ever in my life. Asked for ombre acrylnails and the result was very disappointing, will never come back to this place, and don’t recommend it to anyone who want acryl nails. Asked them before we started if they could do the nails I showed them in the picture and during the process i told the guy I wasn’t happy but he told me he wasn’t finished yet, so let him continue and afterwards was very very very unhappy with the outcome! The only solution they gave was take it off (after I already did soak off and new sett). Told them I had no time, had to work nor want to damage my nails more, I asked if they want to compensate in price, but they didn’t want to. End up paying for the worse nails ever, been doing nails for more than 20 yrs in lot of different places, never complained in my life, even when the result was different than expected but the person that helped me today was in my opinion not a professional. And after I shared how sincere upset I was (still am) they still charged me the normal price which is ridiculous! Never...
