Walmart — Local services in Schererville

An employee was outside of the store had I and other customers were going inside she was visiting. She came back into the store and told them to close the door. Because she was tired of blank blank people waiting until the last minute to come to the store. I said Miss you don't have to curse. She kept on doing it. Some other customers starting cursing back at her. Another employee inside stopped us and said you all need to stop cursing. I told this employee she tell that other employee Not to curse! Other customers said that they were going to Report Them to the Corporate Office. I am 76 years old and have never experienced such rudeness to a customer in my life. I could not even shop because I was very upset. I went and stood up out side of the store until the others finished shopping. When the people I was with , said I am going to call Corporate and file a complaint. They started having words back and forth with each other. This upset mo even the more. We were at the car putting the items in that were purchased both parties still yelling at each other. The employee yelled I said she was calling the police. We left, 3 minutes later the police pulled us over. Asked for our ID's one officers said that we were asked to leave the store, this was not true, and were on Private Property and when someone tells you to get off their property this what you are to do! The officer was told that at NO time while they were shopping were asked to get out of the store! I told him where I work they have Work Shops on how to talk and treat customers. We can and have gotten written up and some even FIRED. No one wants any fired just need People...

I would only go here if you looking to be robbed. By the store or someone outside of it. Went there to purchase a TV and was told the warranty covers everything. I specifically asked about screen cord and any other malfunctions that could arise and was assured by the sales associate that there were absolutely no worries and that no matter what Walmart covers electronics.. Well had the TV for almost a month and the prongs on the cord came out and just stayed in the power strip like it was some cheap 20$ TV. I spent the extra hundred for the warranty so I call Walmart they tell me to call the company that handles the warranty the campany says we don't cover the cord. I have gone back and forth and have been told by both Walmart and the company they use for their warranties that there is nothing that could be done. I tried to take the TV back and was again told there was nothing that could be done even though it was taken back with in the 15 days of purchase.. again I was told there was nothing that could be done.. Walmart is a shotty company and I have had more issues shopping there than any...

I have been coming here for years with my family and I never experienced an encounter like the one I experienced the other day. The cashier DEIDRA STRONG was very unprofessional and made my transaction experience very unpleasant. DEIDRA STRONG appeared to have an attitude before we made it to the register, she slams our items including food products into the bag in a very aggressive way. when we proceed to pay for our products we explained to her in a very nice matter that we have to put our chip in 3 times before swiping due to a chip malfunction with our card. DEIDRA STRONG became very aggressive, she began to shout and yell and curse at us. We told her in a very polite matter that this should not be a reason for us to be treated like this and that we think it is best to call a manager over. DEIDRA STRONG began to curse some more stating that she does not care what manager we talk to or call. We just gather the items that we paid for and proceeded to come home and file this complaint. I hold Walmart in Schererville Indiana to a very high standard and I hope to never have this...
