No I didn't catch them on a bad day honestly they just need a better crew and better management because my husband and I went through three different times the first time they gave us an old burger with some old fries and we always always ask to drop everything fresh we don't mind waiting but they still have the nerves to bring us something old so the second time we went we always get the same thing a small double cheeseburger with fries and this time I had gotten some mozzarella sticks I did good whoever took a order wasn't listening because they made the burger wrong and our fries came to us cold and the third time we went I told them two times very slowly how to make my husband's burger and fries and to please make sure it's fresh and a footlong Coney and mustard with extra onions well they got my husband's order right for the first time after the third time and they just gave me a plain chili cheese Coney so I drove all the way back after 20 minutes later I didn't even eat it to give him my chili cheese Coney and I still for a new one to please add mustard with extra onions and the second one they gave me was only mustard literally only like four pieces of diced onions on there when I said extra onions and not only that the hot dog they gave me was old so that Sonic just doesn't care about what they give to the customers and we will not be returning to Sonic cause honestly most Sonic's are just getting worse...

This restaurant does not operate in alignment with Food Safety Standards as required of all food establishments under the Food Safe Handing Certification that MUST be maintained by operating managers.
My family was served 3 chicken sandwiches. When taking a few bites we noticed the texture was off. We observed about 70% of the each patty contained raw, uncooked chicken.
I immediately reported this to the restaurant staff, to which they apologetically remade the food. However, this does not ensure that the condiments used to prepare cooked food, had not been contaminated by handling the raw chicken we were served.
I contacted the email I was given by the Shift Lead and the number Sonic Customer Service provided. I have NOT heard back from either sources in response to the failure to properly temp out chicken items to 160°F which resulted in my family being served RAW chicken.
Do NOT visit this location. I have also reached out to the Schertz Health Inspector to ensure they are made aware of the violations.

Read moreHorrible service today. Went to pick up lunch for the family after church, placed the order, paid with my card at the machine (as I always do). Machine said 'transaction complete' as usual. Server brought the food out and asked how I would be paying. I explained how I had paid, and after a brief back and forth, she went inside and sent her manager out.
She was completely rude from the first second she approached my car. After a couple minutes of listening to her accuse me of trying to STEAL from them, I requested her boss. She called him up and made a big stink on the phone to him, in front of me, telling bald faced lies.
I spoke with him on the phone and explained what happened. After handing her phone back to her, she gotten ruder while she finally did her job and let me go. Her name is Joyce (I think that's what she said, I could hardly hear her with the weather.
Hopefully she learns some basic manners, or, chooses another career that doesn't require her to interact with other human beings.
