Panda Express — Restaurant in Schertz

We absolutely love going to panda, and we do so quite frequently. However, this establishment is the worst we have been to in a while. Customer service, was non existent. We were not greeted upon arrival, it took them some time to finally take our order, and then when we got to the check out it took the going back and forth for several moments to decide whom should check us out. Mind you there was no one else even in the building, and they had 6 (yes 6) employees standing around. I asked them to put some more chicken in my bowl as I could still see most of the rice and it wasnt to the line on the bowl, the lady (whom finally decided to check us out) told me that they would have to charge me for putting more chicken in. We also were not given fortune cookies. When we were seated there were several other guests who came in and got food, they were not greeted either and some where made to stand around for quite a while (until they spoke up for some help) and then finally 1 of the 6 people standing there decided to go help them. When we tried to throw our trash away we noticed the trash cans (all of them) where overflowing. Not a good way to end a visit. Now if you look at our reviews, you know that we go to a lot of panda expresses in a lot of different places. But this one is one we will never visit again. We would advise the management to look into retraining your employees to better reflect...

Waited way to long for half my order. They ran out of orange chicken and kept pushing walnut shrimp to complete other half of order after i told them multiple times that I couldn't have shrimp or any other seafood they still were persistent on giving me the shrimp anyways. I asked for other entrees to substitute just so I could get my food and go even though it wasn't what I wanted but they didn't have anything I liked or could eat but once again they had plenty of walnut shrimp that they were insisting I settle for. Then when I asked for a refund I was told I could not be refunded for the half of my order that I didn't receive so if you ask me that's stealing I don't care who you are stealing is stealing whether it's food money anything. So I paid $17.10 for an order of orange chicken and fried rice. And then I was told that they were gonna go ahead and give me the half of my order that they did have so I could get back to work like they were doing me a huge favor. I even told them I needed to get going but they started then telling me I if I wait they can have more orange chicken for me. Well 30 min lunch and 20 min spent in the drive thru doesn't leave alot of travel time to get to and from let alone eat but to wait longer yeah explain that...

Absolute worst Panda Express experience ever. Avoid this location at all costs. Was asked in the drive thru to wait 5 minutes for chow mien out front in my car it would be brought to me. No problem, not a big ask. As the manager returned from delivering food to another car she expressed she did not "forget about me". After 25 minutes of waiting my child expressed they needed to go to the restroom. I took him in and after washing our hands stood at the counter in the to go line. The to go worker looked at my receipt and said drive thru? I said yes 30 minutes ago. She went over to the manager and she handed us our bag. I asked am I getting soggy food? She turned away from me and did not answer. No apologies. I asked if anyone wanted to make this right and none of the employees would look at me. I took the food as my child was hungry. We found soggy orange chicken and rubber noodles just as I suspected. I know this location has done much better in the past and that is why I was shocked at the terrible service and food quality.
