I’m going to start off by saying, the service at Chick-fil-A USED to be amazing. I order from them ALOT, multiple time a week some months… I am beyond tired of the lack of common sense and quality.i ordered a large fry and a small, got the same amount of fries in both. If you see the pics, it looks like one container has already been half eaten but no this is how I received it! What blows my mind is that someone fulfilled this order, and while filling up this fry container thought this was acceptable. I’ve had this exact same issue with the cibolo location while this location was under construction. Which makes me think whoever is in charge of all locations is telling the employees to start filling up the fries less and less, for whatever reason. Fast food is expensive nowadays and if I’m paying extra for a large, there is no reason I should be getting less than what I paid for OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I’m to the point where I’m tired of calling and complaining just for the issue to not be resolved the next time I order. They are ripping off loyal customers. Not to mention the fact that I’ve seen many people in the Facebook group complaining about the new location in cibolo and I’ve even commented telling them to just go to the schertz location, just for them to do the same. I don’t like paying hard earned money and being ripped off. This was my final straw with them

Typically, I don’t have an issue with fast food restaurants running a bit behind, but my delivery order was a pretty terrible experience. I ordered my food and received an arrival time of 5:14-5:29…however my app is not showing my food “on the way” or anything at 5:35…so I called just to check on my food. The girl I talked to on the phone said I can’t always rely on the app timing, and said the driver has my food. Okay, sounds good… However, my order tracking has not been updated, it’s after 6:00, and my food is still MIA. Normally, I would just take care of dinner or drive up to get it, but today has been a rough day, my littles are running around begging for snacks because our food isn’t here, and my husband is working his long shift tonight… so I just really needed this delivery to take care of my dinner worries this evening. Instead, I’m stuck to my phone trying to find out where my food is and wondering whether or not I should just let my kids fill up on random snacks while we wait. ETA - food arrived at 6:30pm with an apology, and the food is not cold but lukewarm and soggy.

I LOVED that the children’s play area is open again. I have been checking for the last year periodically and I found this location does have an open play area. What disturbed me though and frustrated me was the lack of thought when it came to the visibility into the play area. As a mother, no matter how safe they may seem to be I want to make SURE that my kids are safe by having my eyes on them. I have included a picture of the ridiculous amount of stuff blocking my view of my children. Why have windows??? I was that chic pushing the garbage cans a little to the left so that I can have a sliver of visibility to my children. AND THEN! The workers put the high chairs right there!!!!!!!!! C’mon! There must be some policy about obstructing view? I am sorry to be that Karen but they must move that junk if I’m going to return with my kids.

What happened to this location?! We waited in curbside pickup for close to 15 minutes for our order. I called and spoke to manager Amber and she said that it was because it was a big order. We had four combos and 2 side items. I don't know how a family of four is judged as a big order. Plus, Amber followed the Chik-Fil-A lingo, but sure didn’t offer good customer service to someone that they were making wait longer than usual. I have never had a problem before. On top of that, they gave me a bagel instead of a biscuit with my chicken biscuit meal. This is all during the same visit. We visit this location every time we're in town. It used to be wonderful for customer service and experience. The last four times I have visited, something has gone wrong from forgetting parts of our order and saying they'll do something for the inconvenience when I drive back and then they don't, to getting the orders wrong. I don't know what has happened to this location but I started to cringe when I order here. Now, I've reached my threshold of tolerance for this location. My boyfriend ordered our food at 4:08 pm. I waited 30 mins to get my order. I asked a girl at 20 mins where my order was since I saw the whole drive thru clear out and people on curbside that got there after me were leaving. She went inside to check, and then she came out, and said they never got the order, and might have to retake it. I was irritated, and she walked off I guess to double check again since I showed her my receipt. An older gentleman was working the drive thru, and saw I had been there for awhile, and asked if I had gotten help yet. I told him I had been waiting already over 20 mins. He went up to the drive thru, and told whomever that I had been sitting there. He came back, and said they were aware of the problem, and were fixing it. After 30 mins a guy delivered my food, but then he forgot both my drinks. He started walking off, and I hollered saying I was missing two large drinks. This is by far the worst service I’ve had. Usually I’m really patient, but I was so annoyed. The older guy apologized which is cool, and all but still 30 mins. My order wasn’t...
