I’m going to start off by saying, the service at Chick-fil-A USED to be amazing. I order from them ALOT, multiple time a week some months… I am beyond tired of the lack of common sense and quality.i ordered a large fry and a small, got the same amount of fries in both. If you see the pics, it looks like one container has already been half eaten but no this is how I received it! What blows my mind is that someone fulfilled this order, and while filling up this fry container thought this was acceptable. I’ve had this exact same issue with the cibolo location while this location was under construction. Which makes me think whoever is in charge of all locations is telling the employees to start filling up the fries less and less, for whatever reason. Fast food is expensive nowadays and if I’m paying extra for a large, there is no reason I should be getting less than what I paid for OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I’m to the point where I’m tired of calling and complaining just for the issue to not be resolved the next time I order. They are ripping off loyal customers. Not to mention the fact that I’ve seen many people in the Facebook group complaining about the new location in cibolo and I’ve even commented telling them to just go to the schertz location, just for them to do the same. Read moreWhat happened to this location?! We waited in curbside pickup for close to 15 minutes for our order. I called and spoke to manager Amber and she said that it was because it was a big order. We had four combos and 2 side items. I don't know how a family of four is judged as a big order. Plus, Amber followed the Chik-Fil-A lingo, but sure didn’t offer good customer service to someone that they were making wait longer than usual. I have never had a problem before. On top of that, they gave me a bagel instead of a biscuit with my chicken biscuit meal. This is all during the same visit. We visit this location every time we're in town. It used to be wonderful for customer service and experience. The last four times I have visited, something has gone wrong from forgetting parts of our order and saying they'll do something for the inconvenience when I drive back and then they don't, to getting the orders wrong. I asked a girl at 20 mins where my order was since I saw the whole drive thru clear out and people on curbside that got there after me were leaving. She went inside to check, and then she came out, and said they never got the order, and might have to retake it. I was irritated, and she walked off I guess to double check again since I showed her my receipt. An older gentleman was working the drive thru, and saw I had been there for awhile, and asked if I had gotten help yet. I told him I had been waiting already over 20 mins. He went up to the drive thru, and told whomever that I had been sitting there. He came back, and said they were aware of the problem, and were fixing it. After 30 mins a guy delivered my food, but then he forgot both my drinks. He started walking off, and I hollered saying I was missing two large drinks. This is by far the worst service I’ve had.
