First Option Juice Hub and Salad Bar — Restaurant in Scotch Plains

My mother recommended First Option to me because of their delicious fresh fruit bowls. As I’m waiting in line I noticed a sign for a juice cleanse. I asked Conrad, the owner about some information and he gave me some much knowledge and insight. So, now that he gave me the information it was up to me to make a change. I’m a type two diabetic and the day I started my cleanse my glucose was 216. On day 3 of doing the cleanse my glucose was 100. My body felt so good after the 5 day cleanse that I did another 5 days. After the 10 days my glucose is now regulated and I lost 11 pounds. I am so thankful to have met Conrad because the information he gave me is priceless. Even my nutritionist wasn’t as informative as Conrad. No matter the ailment, he has a natural remedy for it. This establishment is very busy but what I love so much is how he still takes the time to cater to each person. I had My favorite Beetjuice w Conrad's special additions based on our conversation and it was the best I ever had. I'm enjoying my Pesto Chickpea Salad right now. He recommended a "Vaccination" which is an " all inclusive" juice shot that I had approximately 2 hrs ago. I feel the effects already. I have 1 complaint though. It is Saturday after 6pm; they are closed & I'm almost finished w my Pesto Chickpea Salad. I have to wait until Monday to get another. It is so delicious & I only got the medium size. Live & Learn. I can't express how much I love this place & it's owners. Conrad an his wife are a delight to speak with and so knowledgeable in helping your body reset in a natural way. I just finished a 7 day cleanse of juicing and salads. I didn't think I would be able to manage this because I'm definitely one that feels the need to have meat with just about every meal.
