Went there to get a gaming pc a two days ago. We had it set up on monthly payments. So we paid for the first "month," even though it will be another two weeks before a second payment would come out which would be fine and dandy, IF THE COMPUTER WORKED PROPERLY. We've had the computer for one and a half days, and the audio stopped working then after that stopped working, everything else followed. So, we gave it the benefit of the doubt and restarted it, hoping that it would reset the computer, but it didn't help anything when the computer rebooted. What is even better is before we got there, we called and asked how much it would be for a down-payment to get it. Well we were told way lower on the phone of what it would be then we get in the store and the payment is seven times higher of what we were told before we got there. There were other issues that arose during the course of paying for it. But to top it all off, the problems were are having with the computer after two days is ridiculous. Will be returning the computer tomorrow and will NOT go back there for ANYTHING. If I could give this review a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Read moreThey scream to you from across the store when you walk in, and their tone makes them seem annoyed that you dared to enter in the first place. The sales lady I had didn't have any knowledge and just kept using being new as an excuse for not having an answer. She also spent more time talking about her personal life and what furniture she wanted to buy herself than helping me. She told me my couch would be delivered in the original wrapping and on a particular day. After waiting 3 hours past the delivery time, I called only to be told they don't even deliver that day of the week. When it finally did arrive, needless to say it had no kind of protective wrapping. Delivery guys were rude and said maybe 2 words (sign here). Their customer service extremely lacks, but they sure know how to call you six times if you are even one day late paying. The harassment alone is making me end my agreement and sending back the couch. I love it, but it's not worth dealing with...
Read moreGreat customer service until delivery. That they never intended to deliver. The store manager recognized my girl friend who lives at a separate residence in berwick. Because of an account she had 4 years ago I was discriminated against. And blackballed. Horrible place to work with!!! They came to deliver saw my girlfriends daughter and refused me of services. Worst place to go to. But hey I got what I wanted else where at more affordable price and with customer service that was a delight. I'll never go back and neither will my family. Who has accounts there in good standing I might add. Our family will no longer be dealing with arrons!! Discrimination for knowing someone or sleeping with someone.. Hmm. Let's review...
