I am so grateful for Dr.Rausher and his caring/attentive staff. They took me in for an appointment immediately as a new patient when my regular GI was "too busy" for an emergency appt (I walked into the office limping from the ER in desperation and they still scheduled me for the next week...).

Calling Dr.Rausher's office and speaking to anyone at the front (Pam, Tori) is an absolute pleasure. Pam made my day when I first called and I will be forever thankful to the entire staff for being so kind to me and my father who flew in from Miami for the first procedure. Ariela is truly one of a kind and really cares for Dr.Rausher's patients. She does all in her power to help schedule procedures as quickly as possible and communicate with the patients as if they were part of the family.

Dr.Rausher took his time with me in all of my visits to really understand and hear me out. He scheduled procedures and tests in a very methodological manner and with my best interest in mind. He is very caring and only wants the best (least intrusive, best long-term solution) for his patients. While i'm still on my journey to figure out what's going on, I know that I can count on Dr.Rausher and his staff to help me along the way and be there to provide...

Office staff is rude and unorganized. The billing department is also unorganized and had our bill wrong on couple of occations. Head nurse is rude to everyone. Dr. Rausher gave medicine for ulcerative colitis and said come see me if you have any issues. My son had parasites that Dr. Rausher said he did not have. He never checked on any other symptoms my son had. The only advice for diet or a healthy lifestyle was to stay off dairy. We had a colon scope in the office. My son was awake half until way through. He felt the procedure and could not talk. Finally they corrected it. He was not given an IV and we had to go to the hospital for dehydration that evening. It was a terrible experience . The office and Doctor are not up to date or progressive...

Finally a doctor that cares!!! You are treated as an actual person instead of a number in a medical “warehouse” and I can’t recommend this dr and office staff enough. As a person who deals with ongoing medical issues and has fallen through the cracks more times than I can remember, Dr Rausher takes the time to listen and truly evaluate you as a whole medically. He has an office staff that actually answers the phone, they are courteous and are prompt to reply to any question you might have. I left today’s visit with a weight lifted off my shoulders and could actually breath knowing I’m in good hands. Thank you Dr Rausher & staff for being caring and...
