Now I know why there are so many 1 star reviews for this location. My bf and I stopped by trying to take advantage of the BOGO Fall Drinks they have Thursday and his drink was perfect. An Applecrisp Almondmilk Shaken Espresso we turned Frappuccino. They were of course out of oatmilk even though it was only 1130 am....but almondmilk was fine. For my drink it was supposed to be the same thing but add an EXTRA espresso shot(instead of the 3 in Venti, it should have been 4). We got to the window after waiting another almost 20mins to get by bf perfect drink and my drink only a Venti Applecrisp Shaken Espresso not the Frappuccino.... why they thought one was frap and one wasn't is beyond me. So I immediately saw it was wrong and had them remake it. Im certain they just took the wrong drink and dumped it in the blender. What that produced was a watery flavorless mess. But Oh! They added fresh whipped cream and apple drizzle on top so maybe they thought i wouldn't notice....I did notice and had to call back to back 3 times to get someone to answer so I could mention they made the remade drink WRONG....they girl that answered was apologetic and said i could comeback yesterday or today to have it remade. Fast forward to today, we can to get it the remade drink remade once more and the MESSED IT UP AGAIN. They did make the Applecrisp Espresso a Frappuccino (Thankfully) but they still did not give me an extra espresso shot. My coffee was super pale so they must have used either 1 shot or none instead of the 4 espresso shots that should have been in a Venti. Read moreSo I go to this location almost every time I work, which is usually 4-6 times a week. I’ve been wanting to write a review for a while. Where is the friendliness? What happened to the days where people took pride in their jobs and strived to provide quality customer service??? When I used to think of Starbucks, I thought of Chick-fil-a because it’s supposed to be the he crème de la crème of coffee shops…Wrong!!!! Especially not this location! My order is always made different or missing something, when I order ahead, I’m usually waiting a long time for my order, they’re rarely friendly or greet you when you walk in, everyone looks mad, and today was the last straw when I pulled up to the drive thru and told the person on the intercom that I had placed my order via the mobile app. Her response was very passive aggressive, “Oh, looks like you just placed that order moments ago! Give us some time to get that ready because we only have one person making them right now.” My response was, “Ok, I didn’t think it was going to be ready already.” Why would I? Did she think I didn’t know that I just ordered it? Then when I get to the window, I knew it was the woman I had just spoken with because she visibly had an attitude. She didn’t greet me, she literally said nothing as I sat and waited for my order. When my pastry was ready, she just handed it to me, didn’t say a word, same with my drink. She was a heavyset, light-skinned tone, African American female with glasses. That’s the best way I can describe her without being disrespectful. Do better!!!! Read moreI waited 25 minutes for a coffee I mobile ordered. There wasn’t even a line in drive thru. There were 9 employees behind the counter…..I don’t understand? UPDATE : 7/26/25: All these people behind the counter and I still waited 22 minutes for ANOTHER mobile order. What’s happening at this location? Is it poor management? I have a Starbucks every day and this is by far the worst location for wait times and professionalism. 9/18/25. Another terrible experience. This is the most consistently terrible Starbucks I have ever been to. This has to be a management issue. I wanted more than 20 minutes again today after I placed a mobile order. I had to go to the counter and ask where my coffee was. Oh it’s in the drive thru line. WHY? Anyone who wants good fast service, go down the street to the Kroger store. That Starbucks is always super fast. And they only have ONE person usually working at a time. This place had very little people in the lobby and TWO cars in the drive thru when I pulled up. Maybe I should start going thru the drive thru and holding the line up, maybe that will get my drink faster. Seconds thought, it’s not worth the aggravation to always get lousy service.
