Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Georgia

Long lines didn't affect speedy and professional service. I got something with "Chocolate Lava" in the name, and they made it in just a few short moments. On top of that, it was delicious, if a bit pricey. Still I'd recommend this place.

My one complaint--and it is so minor I won't even deduct a star--was that some of the tables were a bit messy. I've worked enough food service jobs to know this was simply because they were so busy that customers were sitting at tables before the staff had time to clean them. A group would vacate a table, and another party would take their place literally within seconds. I've no doubt the tables would have been spotless like the rest of the store had the staff had the ability to get to the tables to clean them. Like I said, the rest of the store, especially the prep line, was immaculate.

This is not a complaint about the ice cream…..b/c cold stone ice cream is delicious. However, the older female who ran the register on this visit was extremely rude. We all got ( forgive me I don’t know the exact lingo) two scoops—two cups one waffle cone. The guy put the cup orders into a larger cup simply because it was spilling out and making a mess when he tried to put it in the regular two scoop cup. Only one of the orders was a signature order the other two were just two scoop of one flavor. The cashier kept asking what did you add in (to the signature cup) what size did you get?? If you don’t believe your customers just ask the employees! But aren’t the toppings free?? Even if I substitute one thing out?? I don’t know why you had the bad habit of unlawfully lie and being discriminatory with the restroom. Here at plain sight says the restroom is out of other which is not, is clean and I used , there is nothing broken. Again, is unlawful to deny ppl in general the restroom and more even to customers because if the restroom is not working, by law you have to fix it ASAP. I can understand that some ppl doesn’t have proper higiene I had ice cream on other cold stone stores and never had this discriminatory use of the restroom. Here , Hindi ppl again. I’m sorry bad it looks you guys do that often and again is not ok . That means, even if a homeless need the restroom, you cannot refuse it by law and they do not even need to buy nothing.
