I have been to Scarborough Gardens many, many times and was surprised to find only one Google review! I believe Scarborough Gardens is the finest Garden Center in our area!

The Gift Shop...They always have fun, beautiful and creative decor for the home and garden! I love the aroma of scented candles and eye candy everywhere! Never stale merchandise, always new and exciting. You will find what you need for all your various projects around the house!

The Garden Area...Color, color, color! Perennials, annuals, vegetables and a wonderful selection of ground cover. They carry everything you need for your garden, in one stop!

Customer Service... Knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! You will always get a genuine smile and help out to your car at check out!

This is a great local nursery and garden center. The staff is knowledge and always available to help. I'm not sure if it's because of the location, but over the years I've been here it's never been crowded. It's tucked away just off of Scotts Valley drive and is an open garden with a variety of trees, fruits, vegetables, herbs, fountains, lawn furniture, and lawn and garden supplies. They are a smaller shop, which can sometimes mean they don't carry every specific thing you might be looking for, but they typically know where to find it or have something comprable. Over the past 2 months, I have purchased 3 plants from here, and all 3 of them ended up having pest issues. I brought home a Hoya, and upon closer inspection, it had mealybugs. I emailed and called about this so that the staff could check their inventory and treat the plants. I came back the next month to give it another shot, and came home with an Aglaonema and a Syngonium. After a day in isolation, I took a closer look and the Aglaonema had spider mites and the Syngonium had mealybugs. The infestations were small and I am glad I caught them in time.
