I was referred to Chris by my grandson's football coach. Having used the VA home loan before, he had all of my info before I could give it to him. Needless to say, I enjoyed working with Chris, but the part that impressed me the most, was the feedback from the sellers agents. As soon as we placed a bid on a house, Chris called the sellers agent and GAVE them a thorough review of the benefits of a VA loan and why they shouldn't discount or blow off someone using the VA loan option. Although it took several months to get my house, I am pleased with my house, and the sellers agent was surprised and impressed at the speed Chris was able to process and close the deal.
