Authentically Radiant — Local services in Scottsdale

I normally just never return to a place where I get bad service but I honestly felt taken advantage of at authentically radiant and that is the main reason I am leaving a negative comment.

I went in to get a simple eyebrow tint since my eyebrows were overplucked. I came out looking worse than I did coming in. I assumed (and this is my fault) that when a professional is going to do a "tint" the tidy up is part of the price because theyre not just going to slap on tint on messed up eyebrows. Well, the lady saw my eyebrows were thin, DID NOT COMMUNICATE to me that she would need to wax (which was an added cost) and she also did not tell me that the tint actually only clings to hairs and since I didnt have a lot, there would be no point in me getting a tint because well, it wouldnt make any difference at all. She proceeds to tell me this AFTER shes started putting the tint, telling me that it will wash off in about 2 days. Well, why the heck am i paying you to tint my eyebrows if in 2 days time they are going to look exactly the same?

Afterwards shes charging me and telling me "$15 for the tint, $15 for the wax" when i questioned this she said in a very fake and phoney voice "I can charge you just for the tint if you want" I got weird vibes from her so i paid for both. Left looking like someone attacked my eyebrows with hair dye. This lady treated me like I was stupid and just wanted to take money from me. Exceptionally bad service I would rate...

I have never been one to really do anything with my skin, especially at home. A bar of soap and water was about as good as it was going to get. I'm a full believer in Suzanne and her skills as well as the products she uses and the products that she recommends. No matter what, I will always have the products that she suggests, and if there's something else she wants to add to my regimen I will not hesitate to make that a part of my daily routine. I am not much of a facial person...or so I thought. I had tried facials many times over the years, and figured they just weren't for me. I received a few facials from another place the few months leading up to my wedding, and I felt that they pushed for things I didn't really need with my skin type that were extra costs.
