Bed DRS — Hotel in Scottsdale

My husband and I bought our bed from the Bed Drs 3 years ago. We went to at least 7 or 8 places to look at beds while trying to decide on the right bed (Tempur-pedic, Sleep Number, etc etc).

We saw Bed Drs - I told my husband lets go in - he said we been to enough stores by now they all have the same thing - but I just wanted to look. SO GLAD WE DID - It was a very different experience. Johnny helped us the first time we went in. He really took his time to explain the differences in detail in every single bed we looked at. Asked us questions to get a feel for what we needed. Just felt as if we knew him for some time. That kind of atmosphere - Relaxing, no pressure - in fact we left to think about it and went back a few days to maybe a week later and met Anthony who was very friendly, very knowledgeable and took his time the same way Johnny did.

I am a person that asks and re-asks so many questions. They answered every single question but in the process we felt very comfortable buying a bed from them. Not saying that the other places we went to people were not friendly or not knowledgeable, it's just a whole different vibe.

WE still go in the store occasionally to just say hi or to buy sheets, pillows etc.

This review is way overdue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bed Drs. My husband and I decided to take the plunge and invest in a really good mattress. We were drawn to Bed Drs because they do a full analysis of how you sleep and what mattress might best suit your needs. After finding out what type of mattress would work best for us, Anthony walked us through the store explaining what our options were and why. He took his time with us and didn't try to sell us up into a more expensive option. We felt like he truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We picked a foam mattress and they delivered it within days. Delivery and set up was super easy and convenient. At first we loved the new mattress...but then we started to feel like we made the wrong choice. We realized we're spring mattress people...not foam. My husband called Anthony and he couldn't have been nicer. He went above and beyond to accommodate us again. He didn't make us feel bad or that we were inconveniencing him. I truly can't say enough good things about these guys. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Bed Drs for your incredible customer service. The only thing I'd do differently is write this review immediately instead of waiting a few weeks:)

I recently purchased a showroom Aireloom M2 Luxetop Luxury Firm Cal King bed from Bed Drs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Anthony absolutely hooked it up—he didn’t just sell me a bed, he put together an entire sleep setup: frame, pillows, sheets, and even coordinated delivery. The process was seamless from start to finish. Before landing at Bed Drs, I checked out Mattress Firm and another outlet, and honestly, their prices were laughable. The big box stores love to act like they’re giving you a deal, but they can’t hold a candle to the personalized service and genuine care I received here.

Bed Drs went above and beyond. Not only did they follow up a few days after delivery to make sure everything was perfect, but they also handled a behind-the-scenes issue with the frame at their warehouse—without me even knowing. They resolved it proactively so my delivery went off without a hitch.

This is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition.
