I have been going to London Gold for over 17 years. Why you ask? Because I find them to be the best. But this particular review is for an amazing jeweler there Danika Skinner. I went there and found the perfect wedding ring for my guy, which Danika helped me find. For my engagement ring and wedding band, we saw what we wanted at Costco and in the past I have loved Costco Diamonds. But they are not what they used to be and they don't have a trade up program like London Gold does and Danika said just give me a chance and I will find you what you want! She did just that! She hunted me down the perfect center diamond. My guy and I liked princess cut, but love the brilliance of a round brilliant and she found me a cushion cut with the brilliance and similar shape that we wanted. PERFECT. Clarity and color by far better than I would have got before. The setting even better than I originally wanted. She even dealt with my over anxious self texting her about my size and wanting it to be perfect. Didn't want it too small if I got pregnant or the summer heat and swelling. She calmed me down. Please please please, go look at whatever place you want to first. But please please please end up at London Gold and ask for Danika Skinner. While all of the jewelers there are very professional and friendly, Danika will always be my one and only! You will always be taken care of and leave with a huge smile on your face and feeling like a little kid at Christmas. She loves what she does and it is very obvious in her results. Cannot recommend this place enough! We landed in Phoenix with a general vacation plan and had spoke about maybe looking at some engagement rings along the way. We started in old town Scottsdale, found some contenders but something told us just to keep looking. We headed north and on our drive I came across London Gold online and seen all the amazing reviews. We pulled in and and immediately could see what all the hype was about. We were greeted by a true professional named Ronnie who offered us a cold bottle of water and a smile. We explained our situation and he went right to work finding something perfect for us. My girlfriend fell in love with one ring in particular and Ronnie was so knowledgeable about all the jewlery and the services offered at London Gold. The hope was to get this ring and propose to the love of my life the same weekend. Ronnie picked up on this right away and started ironing out the details to make this happen. He told us about the on-site workshop, pulled some strings and pulled me aside to assure me the ring could be sized in just one day! I was floored! The good things just kept on coming. He had the ring appraised by the time I came back the next day, had a beautiful box to present the ring in, a back up velvet bag incase the box was to big in my pocket, cleaning supplies, instructions for the insurance and so much more. I brought my own center stone with me and Orly was absolutely brilliant and more importantly sweet and accommodating to all of my needs, requests, and concerns. She has been doing this a long time and she made me feel comfortable that she had my best interest in mind and not there to take advantage of me while we custom made the engagement ring I proposed with. The ring turned out even better than expected and Orly helped my decide the exact design we came up with. It only took a few weeks and my fiancée couldn't believe how beautiful of a ring that I chose. The service didn't just stop there either. She has been there for cleanings and making me feel comfortable that anything that could possibly happen she would be there to take care of. Orly has great taste and helped me choose something that fit my lifestyle as well as was unique and looked amazing.
