We went and visited this location since we were in the area. I had never been to this place, but the name was enticing.
Walking in, the atmosphere was nice and the two young ladies were cordial. Then it very quickly went down hill.. the rest of this review is for leadership as the lack of training is not a staff issue- it is leadership.
I asked several questions regarding the ingredients in the products and it was clear that neither had product knowledge. I have food allergies and it was important for me to know and it should be important for them as well. Again, leadership should ensure that the staff is FULLY trained regarding product information to avoid someone experiencing issues that could lead to medical risks.
After asking several questions regarding the bowls, many questions could not be answered, and so I asked about the smoothies. Again, many questions could not be answered and I did end up getting one smoothie because one of the ladies was confident in one of my choices. After one sip, my tongue immediately started to itch and I asked if a specific ingredient was in and yes, it was. The awareness and insight that the staff lacked left me shocked and dismayed.
I ended up throwing the drink and left. So, leadership. Do better and provide adequate training to your staff to avoid issues like this happening...

She yelled at me and hung up after I called asking to speak to a Manager and or owner due to a car key that I accidentally left and the staff there reminded me that I left it there. So not only did they remind me but they couldn't find it bc guess what? They don't put things in the safe. She told me they throw out customer car keys in the trash and they don't out it in the safe. And to make matters worse the owner Nicolette from nNew Jersey had the same attitude with me and took no accountability not even an apology. Her tone was just the same as her nasty team.Lead Ceci. It's as if they are both related or maybe Nicolette trained Ceci on how to handle Customer Service. I'm very disappointed to be treated the way I did. I got no call back from the Manager after leaving my name and number. After ordering two things I waited nearly 30 minutes just for my order to be placed on the shelf where Uber Eats people pick up. After I pointed out I had been waiting a long time they asked me to look on the shelf for my order only to find out it was taken by Uber. It shouldn’t have been placed on the “Online Order” shelf in the first place. I was standing and looking around for my order, but the blonde and black haired girl who was working there were too busy chit chatting to notice. I asked if I can take the meal on the shelf that was originally supposed to be taken by Uber Eats (since Uber took mine) to compensate me for my time and they said no.
