Starbucks — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Tasty drinks....loaded with ice. Looking for some respect for the order, didn't find it.

Ordered a pink drink, light ice. Order made it through the cashier after 4 repeats of my order. Watched the barrista look at my order details sticker, put in a scoop of ice, then reach for another scoop, look at the order sticker again, and dump the second scoop in the cup. $5.24 for about 6 sips of drink as a result. See attached for what 'light ice' looks like at this location...not enough space for an additional ice cube.

Unpleasant experience, will continue to go to the Starbucks on...

Hey if you have visited one starbucks you've seen them all. So then what is it that make me give them 4 stars. Well I'll tell you its there customer service. There always pleasant never frustarted by a difficult customer. They smile and are generally happy. Of course that could just be pure b.s. but this place seems to care. They friggen smile and polite so for that they get 4 stars. Oh and there coffee...

The rudest staff you will ever find in a Starbucks. Completely shocking. My family and I just went there and 4 staff were behind the counter working, one female had her back to us and was joking around with her Co workers. All but three made eye contact with us while we stood at the counter but not ONE person even said hello. After a few minutes we just walked...
