Horrible Customer Service! It's ashamed that first impressions are everything, but I do believe in redemption. However, after failing to redeem their poor quality of customer service, I will never go to this or any other Nektar location again. I placed a pick up order for a smoothie and juice; upon paying in advance via the app I was notified that they would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, (yes 40) my juices were given to me. Upon initial arrival I asked when they'd be ready, and was advised that "they were working on them." I was pretty heated with the lack of acknowledgement or apology for having to wait 20 additional minutes of my life for 2 mediocre tasting and over priced smoothies. (Advise to the owner, as I'm sure this is a franchise owned location) If you do not have adequate staffing or the intention on meeting designated pick up times for pick up orders , do not offer this service option. Also, please train your staff to make eye contact and acknowledge a customer when they walk in and not ignore them for 5 minutes while they stand...

The call in order taker substituted a different drink than we ordered because they no longer make the one we wanted even though it’s clearly still on their menu (I’m referring to the Slender Greens). This was NOT COMMUNICATED TO MY DAUGHTER when the order was placed. I verified and confirmed that with her when I arrived home with the drinks. I paid $28 for the three drinks. You would expect some type of compensation (any type would have been fine), even $5 off would have worked but a complimentary drink would have been very appreciated. Instead the owner Kari argued with me about what occurred. Having no customer courtesy whatsoever is no way to run a business, especially these days while we are all in Covid recovery. I ordered today for asap pickup and got there about 4 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. They hadn’t even started my order yet and there was only two other people who had already ordered. I find this is starting to become normal. I waited almost 40 minutes from placing my order before I was able to pick up my bowls. Also would think it would be smart to add a note box on the online orders so you can put in allergens. I know you can’t prevent cross contamination all the time but still makes people with allergies feel like it’s safer than just hoping for the best.
