Pam's Hallmark Shoppe — Local services in Seaford

I used to love this Hallmark but my last experience there was horrible. Maggie was horrible treated me like crap. First I show her my app and she refused to let me have her scan my app yelling that she's needs my phone number. Then after I give her my phone number she was rushing the order to go fast and I said I have my free card and she said you didn't give me your coupon for that I said cause you didn't give me a chance. Then she started yelling you didn't give me your free coupon. I said maybe should go to Rehoboth and she said maybe you should. Maggie was so nasty only after I said I need someone else to check me out I can't take nastyness Maggie. Did Nicole the manager came over tried to tell me it system problems and I said Maggie refused to scan my app and then Maggie lied and said I give her a coupon before my account number and I said that's what I was giving you but refused to scan it. Then Nicole realized the computer was frozen something Maggie didn't realize and while I was there one girl told me I was okay I hate that when someone tells you your okay when your not okay. Maggie was laughing while I was explaining what happened. I said don't laugh at me. Maggie is nasty unprofessional. Nicole did not take my side she remained in the middle cause she has to work with Maggie and kept blame the system. I said system isn't working it give Maggie the right to be so nasty to me? and she finally had me go someplace else in the store. I'm tired of people working in stores and treating people like crap if we didn't shop there the truth is you might close and not have a job. Put yourself in customer shoes. I'm sure Maggie won't like being treated that way either. I'm Maggie wouldn't put up with someone being nasty to her the way she was to me. I don't know if I will ever shop there again they used to be nice. I sure as hell won't let Maggie check me out again I don't need that much drama in my life. Good luck to anyone...

Was not as good as past experiences. Not a lot of "gifts" to choose from. Shirt display was missing several with limited sizes. There were several staff members at the register gossiping loudly about another coworker and an event that just happened, not super professional, but.. stopped to help me. Grabbed me a box for my collectible and held a pleasant conversation with me...

What a Hallmark Store should be! I absolutely love this store.
