So after contacting Little Caesars via Facebook I recieved a call from the franchise owner and recieved a FULL refund.
This situation is NOT normal for this location. We ordered almost weekly.. We had one other mistake ALMOST 2 years ago that they fixed instantly!
My review was strictly swayed by the employees we encountered!
So on Thursday January 5th, 2023 we placed an order for 3 things.
1 oldworld fanceroni pepperoni pizza ($10.99) 1 Italian cheesy bread ($5.49) 1 plain pizza ($6.99) For a total of $19.95 with a promo code.
My husband ordered and picked up these items. When he arrived at the 22802 Sussex Highway store he opted to pick up via drive through.. he sat behind a vehicle parked in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes... and finally called the store again. The employee said that they were making the order for the person infront of him (there are 2-3 parking spots used for this situation outfront!). Husband picks up our order and heads home.
We open the plain quickly to feed the hangry almost 5 year old.. and its BURNT. Okay.. crispy pizza isn't bad.. but the bottom was burnt and the pizza was CRISP..beyond edible.Thankfully the hangry 4 year old was okay with the ICB..saved my sanity! The oldword fanceroni pepperoni pizza is $10.99.. we recieved a regular pepperoni pizza.. valued at $6.99. At this point.. frustration set in.
My husband calls the store and explains our issues.. the burnt pizza.. after a bit of argument we did recieve a new pizza.. but unfortunately my son filled up on the ICB. During this conversation they informed us that they are out of the fanceroni pepperoni and just gave us the regular pepperoni..(without asking or informing us.. $10.99 vs $6.99!) and said they can NOT give us a refund since we ordered via the app! Pure frustration.. bait and switch.. and probably illegal. 👀
At this point I contact through facebook.. and was directed to a phone number to call. I called the number provided multiple times.. and finally got through to someone. I explained the situation and was told I'd get contacted back. Still no response back.
I HIGHLY reccomend 1. Staying away from this location..2. Ordering in person to make sure you aren't being taken advantage of!. 3. Spend the money to go to a small pizza shop (Sals, laurel pizza, or tonys!). I know our once a week order will no longer...
Read moreThe food is always tasty and made right it's Little Caesars that's what you would expect but when it comes to employees and especially this certain generation they don't even care to look you in the eye ask you how you're doing tell you have a good night thank you for coming is there anything else you would like with that these are things that the manager and corporations don't even make these kids do anymore and they make $16 an hour to just stand there and not even appreciate you coming to give them business so that they can pay their bills they act like you're in their way there's no sense of urgency to get you in and out I used to make just $7 an hour and I was ordered never mind if we just wanted to do it but if we didn't ask how the customer was doing is there anything else they would like with their order something to drink maybe dessert and then also have a great evening we would lose our job and the dignity that went with it we would be ashamed that we couldn't even do the basic tasks of making sure the customer was happy it's disgusting nowadays that these kids get paid two and a half times what we did and yet they can do two and a half times less and get away with it something needs to be done I'm here if anybody wants to help cuz you can't do it alone but we need a community we need all...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible attitude from all workers. Placed an order for inside pickup, went to pick it up and the doors were locked. Younger girl proceeded to tell me through the glass with her hand on her hip like she was annoyed "you gotta go through drive thru" I saw my order and pointed to it and another young lady gave it to the First girl, she proceeded to open the door like 4 inches for me to grab the pizza. I had to use the box to push the door open enough to get it out. She then stepped out towards me and asked me what my problem was. I told her she was disrespectful and asked for her managers name. Another middle aged woman comes up behind her and says "I'm the manager what can I help you with" with an attitude. Absolutely horrible customer service, will NEVER RETURN...
