Cute toys, love the options and the shop, but did not like the staff. I was carrying a pen I intended to purchase along with some other toys around the shop and the pen lost the cap twice. The second time I could not find the cap and I let the staff know. She said “I guess the owner will just have to take the loss for the pen, she can’t sell it like this.” I told her I did not want it and she muttered, “wish you would have decided that earlier.” Well I wanted it up until the cap kept falling off! I’m not sure why she was trying to make me feel bad about a defective product. She then tried to tell me several times to get a new pen to purchase and I in turn told her several times I did not want to buy it... again why would I buy something that was defective?? Did not appreciate being made to feel bad about a $2 pen that was not my fault. Maybe she would benefit from some retraining on customer service. Sorry to the owner who lost out on two dollars and benefitted from the other...
