Came into store twice today. The first time the girl was very helpful and we bought a few things. On the way out I saw a California necklace and thought maybe I would come to get it. When coming back to buy 6 of the California necklace for myself, 3 daughters, mom and aunt, my daughter and I missed the ‘ask for assistance’ sign. We both being short reached to get them and just missed it. The girl came over and was very rude when telling us that the sign was there and keep talking about how we were in the wrong for trying to take it off the display. AWFUL! I came in here last week and bought what I was told what a sterling silver chain. I have a metal allergy which I told them about and was assured that everything in this one cabinet was sterling silver. It was NOT Sterling as I was promised. My entire neck is now covered in red, inflamed, itchy bumps (photos below). If I could give 0/5 I would. I’m so mad and my neck is a wreck.
