I wanna say over the summer the whole store has taken a huge downgrade! The store looks like trash on the inside and out. I ask every time I go in if they’re going out of business. The girls who work there are dumb as doors. They apparently got new management who is rude and honestly the way she looks she shouldn’t be working in a beauty store. They got rid of my favorite girls. The young girl with the black hair she was the manager for a long time. And the cute little girl who always had different color hair I remember she worked there before and was pregnant and was gone for a long time.I remember walking in the store around January and seeing her again I was so excited she was the best worker that store has ever had! She was so sweet but also KNOWLEDGEABLE! This store needs to do better im tried of coming out with wrong colors and products that after I google is not to help what I asked them for! Months ago, a little boy and his mom came into the store. The child was looking at a display of polish and asked what it was. The cashier rudely told him it was “wrong” to be curious about the product and to “go read a Bible if you do want that because boys shouldn’t like nail polish”. Excuse me!? This was completely unprofessional and hateful of this staff member. She proceeded to publicly bash the LGBTQ+ community with the parent chiming in. Her comments made both the child and I highly uncomfortable. I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. I did not feel safe or happy shopping here. Hire more compassionate and professional people. Also, get some staff with actual experience on salon services because she could barely offer...
