EDIT: Your continued attempts to confront me in person at another business regarding my honest review are inappropriate and unwanted. This has happened multiple times and is being documented. Approaching someone in a separate location to dispute a public review constitutes harassment and will be treated as such.
Additionally, your ongoing practice of confronting people about where they park is unacceptableâespecially considering that the lessor of the space that you rent for your business has already informed you that customers are allowed to park anywhere in the lot. Despite this, youâve confronted employees of the business next door and even went as far as contacting corporate of that same business with whom informed you their employees can park in front of the building if they so choose, yet you continue to harass individuals over parking, which only reinforces the concerns I raised in my original review.
Please direct any further concerns through the appropriate professional channels. I stand by my original review and the experiences that led to it.
Over the past few weeks, multiple people (myself included) have mysteriously ended up with nails in their tiresâalways in the same area near the spaces we share with the neighboring business.
Not jumping to conclusions, but letâs just say the pattern is hard to ignore. A couple of the neighboring businessesâ corporate offices were gracious enough to allow me to review weeks of camera footage and we've reviewed some recent footage that raises serious concerns, and iâm giving 72 hours for the situation to be made rightâquietly and professionallyâbefore I take further steps.

Seriously, simply scroll through the negative reviews. The owner is clearly more interested in arguing with everyone who was unhappy than solving the issues. I get it, negative experiences happen and you canât prevent it, but how you deal with those negative experiences speaks volumes. Very unsatisfied with the way this business handles customer service. Edit to add since I canât reply to the owner for some reason Iâm not sure what friend youâre referring to, most of my friends donât care enough to leave reviews and would certainly not as other people to do so on their behalf. However, Iâm not surprised that youâve had more than one issue over the weekend, just based off the fact that Iâve seen several snarky responses to people who have literally any feedback thatâs not 100% positive.    Read moreMy kids has been excited to go to this place for a long time and I took them there. Their ages are 17, 13 and 12 and they went in with a 41 year old man. While they were there a lady was starring at them the whole time and told them not to get much cause it's expensive then my 13 year old daughter got some on her finger and licked it and she said don't eat it before you buy it and made them feel uncomfortable the whole time. I called to talk to the manager about the experience and he said she did nothing wrong and my kids were in the wrong and unsupervised even though they was with a 41 year old man so I asked him if the owner would be there for me to talk to and he said I'm the owners son so you think you can get past me and I told him I was leaving a review on my experience and he said he would comment back on the review and tell that my kids were misbehaving although I'm around them all the time and I think I know how they act and I could tell from his interaction with me that they don't know how to run a business or provide customer service.
