I came into AT&T in an already sour-ish mood. (Not because of AT&T, rather something completely unrelated) My husband and I were buying our son a new pair of iPhone AirPods Pro for Christmas. Now, keep in mind that his old pair of AirPods had been chewed & mostly eaten by our little dachshund named Biscuit. And we had to put her in her little " I've been a bad girl " crate. Which we are all pretty sure she doesn't even feel bothered by it, because she just uses it as like a princess nap time. And I don't believe in, or I'm not a fan of hitting. Animals or other humans. Violence in general is so unnatural to me. (Unless it's a sport, with consensual players.) Long story short... Mr. Nikko.. at the store in Searcy, was so kind and helpful to us. He was polite and funny. We left with a new pair of AirPods Pro for my son.. and I was in a much better mood. Nikko knew his stuff, answered all of our questions. And was so nice to my husband and I, that I felt compelled to complete this survey about him. And I'm not the kind of person who generally does a review or survey. Unless it's an outstanding situation. Like Nikko. So thank you for being so knowledgeable, and helpful to us. We will be making trips to AT&T on the days you are working. Great customer service seems under appreciated. This man deserves a raise, because I guarantee you I am not the only one who has a similar story about this employee of yours...AT&T! Pretty sure your billion dollar empire could afford to give him a nice raise. Just a suggestion, when you have an employee who makes your company look better than without that employee...I'd pay them a comfortable living wage, with wiggle room for lifes random upgrades. Like cars, homes, furniture, PHONES!!!!...
ok... forgive my long rambling.. Thanks...

I told them that there was because the lady across from me works from home. I was told they would investigate and to call back in 48 hrs. So I called back and again was told there was no internet. I was very upset to say the least. I called David, the store manager and he told me he had hand delivered fliers in my subdivision to notify people that there was fiber optic available. David managed to get this resolved and Erik B. came to my house and helped me get it set up. He tried to get my Direct TV transferred but was unable to. So he had me come to the store and there was a problem because I had internet and Direct TV bundled. They offered me Direct TV Stream instead which was fine. Nikko, a new employee was also very helpful in this process. When I did get moved Adrian came to my new house and set up the Direct TV Stream and taught me how to use it. He was very patient and good at explaining things. I might also add that Dylan, store manager was also helpful during this process when David had days off. After being in my new home, I discovered my sewer line was plugged due to the subcontractors that AT&T hired to bore underground for fiber optics. I had minimal use of my sewer for 12 days. David, store manager helped me get connected to the Risk management department so I could file a claim.
I feel that AT&T needs to hire more people on the local level rather than people in other countries. Local people have a better understanding of what us going on in the community...

I'm sure he didn't need someone so needy coming into the store this late with all those questions. Lol. But he was a trooper. He answered all I through at him. I was concerned about adding more expenses. He then asked if he could take a look at our acct. I was happy to hear we are just about to pay off most of our devices. He showed me different options we could take, showed me all the devices they had on site at the time and explained everything. We were joined by Gabe. He seemed just as knowledgeable as well. They both had great advice, and didnt try to push me into anything. Except for the speaker that was on sale flllat the time. š I kept asking about buying something outright without a contract. Gabe knew right away I neither needed, nor wanted one, but he kept giving me "the sales pitch" saying I could get that tonight! Im not complaining at all about this, if that's how it seems. it was obvious he was actually trying to be silly at this point and had me laughing. I enjoyed my visit there with both of them. I didn't make my decision about the watch, as it's a gift for my husband, and I really want to be sure. I will definitely be back in there and will bring my husband to let him choose. I will also be asking for one, or both of them when I do. They're great. Btw... so far l, all the staff I've encountered at this location have been very kind. Tonight was...
