Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Searcy

Very good as usual, very nice employees as well at this location, but very slow. This has to be the slowest one in the country. I have never walked into a chick fila and had to wait longer than a minute for a chicken biscuit. First time I just thought it was because they just opened in the morning. So I came a little later and same thing the hole food slide always empty or with mybe two items on it. Whether they have a crowd or no one that slide looks the same. First one ever when their are no customers you have to wait 5 minutes for your food. Don't get me wrong once again they are still nice and food is good, and 5 minutes is not long to wait, I was just pointing out the comparison from all the locations I have been to. I work all over the U S and have been to plenty of these establishments and for me to take time to even write a review says something. Now I'm gonna eat this love chicken...

Within the last two weeks i have noticed that the service in the drive thru is hit or miss. I go here a lot and unfortunately the last two orders have been wrong. Last week i ordered a salad with apple vinaigrette dressing and was brought the salad but wasn’t provided with dressing, fork, mint, or crispy tomato topping. Today i ordered grill nuggets, i got fried, and side salad that was missing the same items listed above. Both times i went at 11am so it was not extremely busy yet so i fail to understand why the order wasnt checked and even if it is busy the order should still be right every-time. To their credit the staff is all really nice but competence goes a long way to. This service needs to improve either through training or having a qualified competent person in charge of drive thru holding folks accountable to making sure the orders...

I ordered my food online 20 minutes before hand as I do not have long for lunch. I get there around 22 minutes later and of course have to still drive thru the line. So I finally get to the window and they tell me to go ahead and pull forward. I'm watching people in front of me and behind me who had ordered with the person in sight getting their food and I'm just sitting there for another 7-8 minutes watching all of these people getting their food and leaving. Finally they bring mine to me and I only have 5 minutes left to eat. To top it off they failed to put my salad dressing in my bag. I will not be back. No apologies for my food coming out so late as well. Worst place ever. The chicken was all I had time to eat and it was extremely dry...
