Cellphone Central iPhone Repair — Local services in Searcy

Worst experience with phone repairs ever. I've had my phone screens cracked in the past, and most repair shops only take an hour, maybe TWO HOURS AT MOST. Cellphone Central in Searcy had our phone for 13 days and never even called us to update us on the phone. One day I called the store 5 times in an hour and it just rang twice and would go straight to "voicemail" (the store doesn't even have a voicemail set up). So I decided to drive straight to the store to see what was going on and when I got there, there wasn't a single customer in the store! While I was in the store, the phones rang and I watched the front salesman reject the call. My entire experience with them was very unprofessional and I just felt like they were continually trying to scam us. Will NEVER bring my business there again. I brought my phone in needing a new screen and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. They worked with me on the price and situation!! I genuinely can’t brag on them enough. This will be the only place I use from now on.

I had previously had my phone fixed twice by A1, and to say that they did a bang up job is an understatement… neither screen that they put on lasted over a month. & they refused to honor the so called warrant that they claimed came with the screen repair. Got my phone screen fixed back in June of this summer. Phone started messing up within 1 day, took it back up there, and they “fixed it”. 2 months later my phone is messing up the way it did the first time. I took my phone to an authorized Apple provider, and they told me my phone screen is really low Quality, and cheap. So basically I paid $180 for a $40 screen, now I have to pay another $200.
