We started training 1:2 with the owner as our personal trainer training up my partner and I after we really fell off the workout wagon during COVID. It brought us out of our slump and prepped us for joining the group classes which looked SO intimidating at first but wasn't the case once we joined in! Read moreThis gym is my home-away-from-home. Inclusive environment, body-positive, terrific coaches, community-oriented, 24-hour access (!!!) AND tiered pricing?! I'm not sure it gets better than that. This place is great for all levels - I never worry about not lifting heavy enough or not being able to do certain movements. Crossfit can have the rep for being cut-throat and exclusive but the vibe of this place is the opposite. Everyone is wildly encouraging and the feeling of "belonging" is palpable. I was really struggling to reestablish my workout routine while things were so unpredictable during the pandemic, and the supportive coaches and members at 777 have helped me find my new ‘home’ and the inspiration to show up several times a week.
