I had an excellent stay at Georgetown Inn. I would recommend anyone specially if you are going to the airport because is conveniently close to the airport. I booked a King Delux which included a jacuzzi which is big plus after a long day. The price that I pay for this room was a great price. *Check in was very easy and front desk staff was very friendly. I felt like I was at home with the exceptional hospitality by both the night and morning staff at the time of my stay *The room - The room was clean and even though it is close to a busy street it, the noise level was medium but very quiet at night. hotel room has a separate private bathroom with shower with their respective towels and toiletries. HD tv with very good channels selection, a desk, AC and of course the best part the jacuzzi. *Bathroom - The shower towels were a little bit were smaller compared to other hotels I have stayed in before. The bathroom was sparkling clean and everything in ordered manner. *Jacuzzi - This is what my partner and I were looking forward and it did not disappoint. There were additional separate towels, bath salts to relax, bar soap and both shampoo conditioner for the jacuzzi which I think it great and that we didn’t have to use the shower towels and the bottles from The bathroom. They had posted tips on how to use the jacuzzi and had a timer for the jets. Although, I wish there was a second bath salt package for a second use but all in all it was a great to end the day and it was very relaxing. *Bed - My partner and I were able to sleep at night. Th bed, pillow and covers were cozy but the pillows were a little to big and not comfy to my partner. He was hoping to have smaller pillows, but I did found them very comfy to sleep in. Although the roomit a little hot at so we turned the AC on. *Breakfast - For breakfast they had 4 kinds of muffins and you could take up to 4 if you wanted to so we did. The among the options they had were pumpkin spice muffin and chocolate muffin. They were very delicious. They also offer hot coffee and hot tea 24/7 at the reception desk in the lobby. They had a very good variety of tea selection. We had pumpkin spice decaf tea and it did not disappoint at all. They also has some items for sale such as bottled water, chips, soda and other items but we didn’t buy any of the items. *Check out - Checking our was also very easy and contact less. Front desk staff and friendly as well. *** One of the cons which I found odd is that there was no coffee maker in our room where we could get hot water for tea, as you would find at some other hotels. But they did had hit water down at the reception desk for coffee and tea.

I highly recommend you do NOT come in from Corson St. where you have to turn left into S. Harney St. That left turn could kill you and if you miss the tiny spot to make it (it's nearly impossible to see) you end up in a left turn lane for Bailey which also puts you in a left lane for the on ramp to the I-5. You want to come at the hotel from the south or the east of the building. I was here for one night for a work event not too far away. I know Seattle some and my training was not in a great location so I was picky about where I reserved a night, but I also work for a non-profit and budget is important. This place was perfect for what I needed. Clean, very nice staff, relatively quiet although you can hear planes taking off sometimes, fairly recently renovated, and one of the most important things in Seattle ... free parking! They had beautiful large flat screen TVs, a nice desk space with comfortable chair, and I loved the brand of soaps they have.

Old, dirty, and moldy covered by a thin coat of paint. The beds are bumpy, the halls are way too dim and scary, the shower is disgusting. It looks like there are a lot of fake good reviews here, but don't be fooled by high prices. The prices are waaay more than it's worth. This is really a $50 fleabag. They could have upgraded properly, but it looks like they've spent the bare minimum to to put "trendy" pictures on the wall to try to look like a boutique hotel, but they should have at least replaced the old chipped distorted moldy doors, and not just painted them over. However, even if they had actually upgraded this old place, sadly, a good night's sleep is impossible, because planes take off loud and low right over the building, round the clock. I stay in hotels a few times every month, but this one is the worst in a long time. Needless to say, one night here is too many. I won't be back.

What a horrible place. I called to make a reservation on a Wednesday evening for the upcoming Friday night. I told the guy over the phone that it would be me and my husband and our children. He told us they only had a king suite with a hottub available. We figured that would be a large enough room and we could make due because there weren't very many rooms available that weekend due to some events happening in Seattle. When we arrived on Friday night at 9:30 PM, after hours on the road with two children we were told that the room we had booked could only have 2 people in it but that they had a 2 double bed room available but it would be at an additional charge. I asked why we would be charged for something that was clearly their mistake in allowing us to book the king in the first place. The guy behind the counter had no authority to do anything and was forced to call the manager. The "manager" said, sorry, the price was firm for the double room. My husband said, fine, but understand this type of bad customer service would not get them good reviews. The guy behind the counter said, "Oh, well, I hadn't thought about that, let me talk to the manager again." So he called the manager again and my husband was given the phone so he could talk directly to the manager. The manager a that point told my husband that the double room that had been offered to us and confirmed at the higher price by him only minutes earlier was actually not available and that we would have to find another place to stay.

10:00 PM...family of 4 with 2 children, exhausted from the road, with a reservation...turned away over essentially $30. I sincerely hope it was worth it to them. We ended up at the Red Lion downtown where we were treated to dinner and they paid for our parking because of the trouble we had gone through with this place and how exhausted we all were. I would strongly recommend spending a few more dollars and stay at a place that respects their customers and understands the meaning of true customer service. Thanks to the Red Lion, a HORRIBLE experience with the Georgetown Inn turned into a...

We stayed again at the Georgetown Inn on May 8th, 2015. First I have to say that the personal touch from the management and everyone working there is fantastic! They treated my wife and I like family. So I absolutely give 5 stars to Georgetown Inn on customer service and beyond. This time I selected the suite with a hot tub to give my wife a special Mothers Day getaway. The suite was wonderful, every appliance, TV, and piece of furniture seem new and beautiful. The hot tub had a souvenir rubber duck next to it, which my wife thought was adorable. The quality of the suite was great! Like I said in my first review of the Georgetown Inn, this is the best value near downtown Seattle…Period! Right in the middle of artsy Georgetown, My wife walked to galleries, bars, outdoor coffee shops, and the famous “Art Attack” fest, which happens like once a month. In addition to that, the hotel is near SODO, and is an easy 5-10 minute drive to Safeco Field and Century Link, Pioneer Square, and other Seattle attractions. If you are planning to stay in Seattle but cannot afford the ridiculous prices of downtown hotels (avg. $250 and up per night), then come to Georgetown Inn. Quality, price, kind, welcoming staff, this place has it all. This is a real review from a customer who has stayed there twice in the past six months and plans to return often. I am just super exited to have found Georgetown Inn to take my wife away for a weekend every once in a while. We can’t...
