Down 2 Vibe — Local services in Seattle

I have been eyeing Down to Reiki for years now. Healing hands was the one thing I didn't know I needed. I finally made an appointment within the first week of September 2020 and I thought I was getting a Reiki session, but I got much more than that. As soon as I entered the cozy green room, I felt relaxed. I was excited because I knew I was going to leave forever changed. He immediately picked up that I was an empath. From there, he asked some questions and gave a brief explanation of the process. The feeling of connecting with your mind, body, soul and inner child is unexplainable. My senses were heightened and I left with a new understanding of myself, and tools to continue my healing. I received healing for some physical ailments and I continue to heal my entire being on my journey since the session. Everyone around me can notice a shift in me for the better. I smile and laugh more, I put more intention into myself, I stand up for myself more, I set boundaries, and I choose love more often. I lost my infant son unexpectedly a couple of years ago, so all of that is a big deal for a grieving parent. Everything hasn't been peachy or perfect, but I'm less hard on myself and I'm more patient and kind during the process. I understand that the things I desire from others or to give to others I need to give to myself first. So I began to do just that when I'm not operating in a low vibration.

I went to see Vibe for the first time last week and it was a fantastic experience. I had been experiencing digestive problems and a lot of stress and anxiety, and traditional doctors had not been able to help. As soon as I met Vibe his energy immediately put me at ease , and then he spent a lot of time giving me guidance that was tailored to me. He told me some new things about myself that really opened my eyes, and some things that I may have heard before, but somehow when he said them they really effected me for the first time.

During the actual treatment he put his hands on the top of my head for about 15 minutes. I can't say that I felt anything physically, but I experienced what I would call a meditative state where I felt that my body, mind, and spirit came into alignment and found peace with each other. After the treatment we again spoke for quite awhile and Vibe was so helpful in giving me guidance and answering my questions. I left feeling a sense of deep inner calm that I had been searching for for a long time.

It has been about a week and I have been using the practices that Vibe introduced me to, and I have to say... my anxiety is gone! I am feeling more peaceful and at ease then ever before. I am not positive yet, but I would guess that this decrease in anxiety is going to help my physical symptoms as well. So...

Choosing myself over the years was not easy. Learned I have to allow it to be easy. I’ve been allowed to bump my head numerous times without JUDGEMENT. Vibe is the most Loving and neutral person I know! He’s also extremely patient, a skill which I’ve learned from him. I was never able to listen to anyone not even myself, one day in my session it just clicked. Using all my senses to stop and hear my inner voice realizing I’ve been neglecting my inner child allowed me become one with me. Vibe helped my break away from the negative cultural dogmatic habits and shine my light vs suppression. When you are around him the truth just comes out naturally allowing you to heal yourself. The most powerful session I had was reclaiming my name my power. Whenever I’m doubting a choice I have to make I hear my inner child and Vibe “is that Love ask yourself” allows me to stop receive guidance from my higher self. If you have ever watched Anime DBZ he is Like Super Saiyan Goku. Well I can’t quantify his aura to be candid. I’m glad there’s an Authentic healer walking amongst us, so much ill guidance and misinformation in this world.
