I really don't visit this park often enough. There are quiet places where you can sit down by the stream and listen to the stream and relax. Be quiet, still and maybe a little bit lucky and you may get to see a beaver. Between the wildlife and the whimsical art there's a certain fairytale energy like that of an enchanted forest. It's easy to expect the beavers to start talking to you. Definitely a great place to take a stroll through and within easy walking distance of bus lines and places to pick up food should you decide a picnic...

It is as well not but a couple blocks from two major roads and close to Delridge park. It has a peaceful appearance and vibe.
