I ended purchasing my first 2022 Brompton from their store. They set it up for me and answered all my questions.
My wif also loved riding the bike. Since the amazing people at this store made it so easy to walk out with one, this bike brought joy to her even though we recently found out that she has cancer, and scheduled for surgery next week.
This litter amazing experience purchasing our bike from amazing people, went a long ways.
Few days later, I ordered a second Brompton (Electric one) from the brompton website as I was looking for specific setup and arrangement, and have the bike shipped to the store.
What makes this store so special, is the extra mile the go in taking care of their customers , by setting up the bike and update the battery for the electric Brompton even thought I had it shipped using Brompton website.
I just trust their work. I ended purchasing all the bags and accessories I need it for both bikes from them. (I went crazy with purchasing most of what they offered, from grips, bags, saddles, tool kits, extra tubes and covers)
An investment that is so worth it. And I'll probably, be back for more as needed.
Supporting this amazing local business as much as I could is important, Since they are the wonderful experts that they will keep looking after our bikes and have the best quality bikes available to the bike community for many years to come.
This is the best place that offers the best electric and folding bikes and service in all of Seattle.

Read moreGot a specialized e-bike from them last year. It's my primary mode of transportation now and I love it. Not gonna lie, I've had a few issues here and there with the bike they sold me. The reason I wanted to get a bike from a local shop like them has been exemplified. Today, I had more issues with some gears sliding and chain breaking, even after having an annual service just two weeks ago. Exhausted from a hard day work, dealing with 90 degree heat, a broken bike chain, and still needing to go the DOL I walked in and started going full out complaining mode... It wasn't their fault, but they were in disbelief that I was having so many issues with a bike they sold me less than a year ago. He told me he could get it so that I could get myself home and finish my errands, but he wanted to hold onto it to get it fixed properly.
He gave me a loaner (not something he usually does) so that I could finish my errandsz which works for now, and I was able to get my errands done at least.
I'd rather the bike they sold me not have any issues, but they have always been super dependable and helpful when things go wrong. They have taught me tricks and how to fix things in emergencies, and really gave me a great deal on a bike in 2020. Read more1st two transactions were good last 2 not.Purchased bike and xtra battery pac.When I attempted to buy another battery mos later the employee told me I had to wait til the owner came back from vac the following week.I decided to wait til I took the bike in for minor service as the front chain ring was worn and needed derailluer adjustment.Purchased and ordered battery and was told they would have it ready fri.{this was mon@ 100pm}I thought that was long since mid Jan is slow for most bike shops? And i need the bike for almost daily use. Called them on fri and employee told me that chain ring would not arrive until the following Tues.I asked why it would take 7 bus, days for them to obtain a basic bike part that a lot of shops have in stock?He was rude and hung up the phone.Mechanic called later and said I needed a bunch of expensive additional work done to bike.I told them that specific work had been done by my local shop less than 2 mos earlier.Very disappointed ,I understand in the middle of July everyone is riding their bike and 10 bikes are ahead of mine for repairs,but not Jan 12th.For a part that I could order from any online parts retailer and have delivered to my house in 2 days?
