We had the best time having our wedding here. It was a 100 person wedding and the space was perfect for that, honestly could have fit more on the deck too. The ceremony felt super intimate, cocktails and apps in the hotel lobby was so much fun, and the kings tables for dinner made it feel like the best dinner party of my life! It was so nice having the hotel right here too, we had a lot of out of town guests and it made it so convenient for everyone. They removed the end tables for the dance so the dance floor was actually quite large which I appreciated. The space is so beautiful and the views are incredible. I watched the sunset over the Olympics during the middle of our dance and it just felt like a dream. The Stoneburner and Olympic Rooftop Pavillion teams really have this dialed it. I am a very type A person, and I felt like the planning process was so stress free and really allowed me to enjoy all aspects of my wedding. They have all the details figured out for you, all you have to do is fill out their (very) detailed planning form… this took us about an hour, and your day/vision will magically come to life perfectly and no hiccups along the way. Dominique and Elisabeth are both so easy to work with and anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. They gave input when we picked too much food which we really appreciated. They catered to the 16 kids we had, setting up high chairs for them, bringing them an early snack during dinner so they wouldn’t have tantrums, and even grabbed milk from the kitchen for the littlest ones. They checked in with all our guests who had allergies and made sure everyone was well fed. The service here is top of the line. And I got so many compliments on the food. Most of our guests said it’s the best wedding food they have ever had! Thanks so much Olympic Rooftop Pavillion and Stoneburner staff for making our day feel magical. It was truly the...

As a wedding photographer, I've been to some pretty stunning venues, but the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion truly takes the cake (and the champagne!). I recently photographed a wedding there, and wowza – talk about a jaw-dropping backdrop!

Let me set the scene: wall-to-wall windows showcasing the breathtaking views of Ballard. Right? You almost forget what you came there for because the scenery is THAT good. With soaring ceilings and sparkling chandeliers that look like they were plucked straight from a fairytale, this place has modern romance written all over it.

But what really deserves a standing ovation is the incredible venue team. Picture this: a guest list that decided to throw a surprise party and show up well beyond the venue’s capacity. Cue the panic, right? Wrong! The team at Olympic Rooftop Pavilion handled it with such grace and efficiency that I felt like I was watching a magic show. They turned what could have been a colossal mess into a beautiful celebration that flowed seamlessly. Seriously, if anyone deserves a trophy for keeping calm under pressure, it’s these pros!

So, if you're a couple looking for an unforgettable Ballard wedding venue that dazzles your guests and has a team that will make your day hassle-free, look no further than the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. Trust me, your wedding photos will be as stunning as the venue itself, and your photographer (that’s me!) will thank you for choosing such a fabulous spot! Cheers to love, laughter, and lots of gorgeous...

Had a 15 person wedding at this venue back in November and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it! The event space is very beautiful if you are looking for an industrial city vibe. While our party was small in size, we did utilize both the indoor pavilion and wrapping front patio with no issues. The pavilion does require you to use their caterer (Stoneburner) but the food was top notch. I truly am a picky eater and I very much enjoyed our menu selection! The servers and bartender were very professional and our guests had wonderful things to say about them after. Something we would like to share is that a heads up to others looking to have an event here is there is no bridal or grooms gathering area (we just booked a suite separately) and very tight parking is below the hotel so plan accordingly. The Olympic rooftop pavilion was an amazing venue and the event staff truly have your best interests in mind. We picked this venue all the way from Texas just by looking at the other reviews and pictures ONLINE. I would 100% recommend this venue space for smaller weddings, receptions and...
