If a masseuse can demand a 20% tip and charge a high rate of $90 for a deep tissue before the service starts then I also expect them to try to meet their customers half way respectfully. I tried to ask this lady if she can focus on my calf muscles. She just gave me a death glare pointed at the massage table and walked out of the room. Basically telling me to shut up and don’t ask for anything. I know there’s a language barrier but if she can figure out how to ask for a tip then she can also figure out a way to hear out the customer. Massage started ok, but masseuse kept leaving the room. This alone was worthy of 1 star but then she left room and never came back. I assumed the session was over but I still had 20 minutes left. She finally came back after i was dressed and apologized. She then demanded$20 tip! I explained i was slightly annoyed nit she sudde didn't speak English. I’m rating this place two stars because of the lack of professionalism and lack of skills as a “ masseuse“. I’m not sure if these people are even truly certified. I was told to pay before my massage and she demanded 20+% tip. The massage was very hard pressure and I felt uncomfortable for most of it, now my knee’s hurt because she put so much pressure on my knee’s when I told her to stop.
