So I went in for a haircut and hair color only to come back home traumatized. They are very quick with giving you an appointment and also make adjustments however, they cannot do a basic haircut and curtain bangs cut. I showed them a picture of the color that I wanted ( balayage) and the haircut style, I looked nothing like it and left the salon looking like a monkey. I am so disappointed and sad that I gave them a crazy amount of money just to look funny. Not to mention when I asked the lady to only cut my hair 2 inches, she chopped off all my hair upto my shoulders( there is no going back), and had no idea what curtain bangs are, first she cut it long, and then super short. I was kind of skeptical, wen I first took my boys in to get a haircut. Simply becuz we r BLACK! I started goin back in the summer and we have not left them ever since! Now honey, on the 1st cuts, I culda kicked the ladies a**, but I then realized, if u dont tell them exactly wat u want, or dont show them a pic of how u want it, they will mess ur ish up! 2nd round, and I only went bac becuz the price is right, I and the hairstylists learned our lessons, for me not to get cussed out in Chinese, becuz of their poor performance, and for me not to cuss them out in Niggaese for not given me my money back, we now work together as a team. I used to get my hair cut by Ms. Phuong, she is really talented, but she no longer works here. Then I decided to try getting my hair cut here again since the price listed on their store menu seemed reasonable (it showed $11 for a haircut). However, I think that price list must be from about 10 years ago. Please remove it if you no longer charge that price, it’s misleading.

They charged me $25 for a haircut that only took a few minutes, and the result looked like a man’s haircut, completely different from the picture I showed. When I went to pay, she told me I had to go to Target to get cash. She should have a sign that says “Cash Only” in the store so customers don’t waste their time.
