With it being the only Pho place open at 9 a.m., my choices were limited. With that being said, the soup itself was good. However, the vegetables they served with it was questionable. I ordered fried spring rolls and ask for lettuce on the side, and why did she bring me wilted soggy lettuce? THEN something was floating in my water, so I asked for a whole new cup and she brought back a pitcher of water to fill my cup up , so I told her no thanks I want a new cup she said ice? PS They open at 9am, so if you want breakfast pho, this is a great...
