We ordered a meat lover calzone, that thing was HUGE. I’d say it’s the size of your forearm. We also ordered chicken Parmesan pasta, some kind of pasta that had pesto in it I don’t remember what it was, spaghetti with marinara sauce and a Seattle favorite small pizza. The pastas came with salads, I wasn’t expecting much from the salads cause usually they’re gross and wilted just nasty. But the lettuce and stuff was so fresh I ate it with no dressing :) The pizza had FRESH sliced/diced garlic. Not that jarred stuff. The whole pizza you could tell was definitely homemade there. The quality matched the price which can be hard to find. Was a really nice find. Would recommend:) Everyone ate their food and got full. -family of 8

Super disappointed with what's happened to this place. It's been awhile since we last ordered and apparently the ownership or management has changed. What used to be fantastic old school pizza-house-style pizza with high quality ingredients is now bland and poorly made with sub-par ingredients. The salad lettuce is wilted, the jalapeno poppers were not cooked at all, the tzaiki sauce with the Spartacus pizza was yogurt with dill pickle and the pizza crust was soggy. The pizza toppings were thrown on with visible carelessness and don't taste fresh. Honestly, I've had better frozen pizza. We used to order from here all the time. We won't be doing so again.

Too much dried seasoning on chicken wings. Bottom of pizza crust tiny burnt, top okay. Dinner salad looks like it past expiration date for salad mix. Its not good, the person who prepares food to go. SHAME on you for letting food go out for delivery knowing it may not be the best to eat. Always say cook food like you are preparing for one self. Its easy to cheat people out of a decent pizza, chicken wings, salads. Disappointed customer. Ohh last the Grubhub delivery person didn't put salad or chicken wings in bag when delivered. They should dont know if car clean for delivery. Just a thought , just ordering from other places but don't use grubhub.

I used to order from here a lot. Then the quality started to go down, then the customer service went down even lower. The last time I ordered pick up, I paid in advance and got there when they told me to, which was 45 minutes later. When I got there, no one was at the counter, so I waited about 10 minutes finally, someone came from the back and they said they forgot to make it, so to come back later. No apology, no offer of a free soda or cheese sticks, just come back later. I waited in my car and it took them 30 minutes to make it and again, no apology. I get it, mistakes happen, but they were actually annoyed they had to make my pizza. So, that was the last straw after several other bad experiences with quality issues, so started going elsewhere. Wellp, after about 8 months, I decided to give them another shot. Maybe they have new management and all will be good again. WRONG. I tried to order from their website and app, but you can't do a half and half pizza order there, so I called to just order direct. The first 2 times I got no answer. I tried one last time and they answered I asked if I could order direct since I can't order a half and half on the website or app and he hung up on me. Hmmm.... ok, maybe he hit the wrong button and accidentally hung up on me? I called back, and they answered, so again started to say I wanted to order a pizza and he cut me off and he said "no, they can't until 3" and hung up on me again. Umm.. it is 7pm, so by 3 did he mean 3am or 3pm tomorrow? I have no idea. Even if there was some issue that they were no longer making pizzas at a pizza restaurant on a Saturday at 7pm, no need to be so damn rude. Needless to say, that is the last time I attempt to order from them. It is sad because this used to be my go to pizza place. As an FYI Il Villaggio in Magnolia has good food and awesome...

My first-time dining at Magnolia Pizza and Pasta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered a wide range of options, but what truly stood out was their Veggie Pizza with Chicken.

The first bite was a revelation. The crust was flawlessly baked to perfection – crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully chewy inside. The combination of fresh, vibrant vegetables and tender chicken was a burst of flavors that left my taste buds tingling with delight.

But what truly set this pizza apart was the cheese. It was nothing short of outstanding. Rich, creamy, and generously layered, it created a luscious blanket of flavor that tied the entire pizza together. Each bite was a savory symphony that I couldn't get enough of.

And the best thing? The customer service. The staff at Magnolia Pizza and Pasta were attentive, friendly, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Their dedication to ensuring a wonderful takeout experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.

Considering it was my first time here, I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the preparation. It's clear that the folks at Magnolia Pizza and Pasta take pride in crafting exceptional food and providing top-notch service. My first visit was an unforgettable culinary journey, and I can't wait to return. Highly...

I get them at least 3 times a month. OK enough and the first time I got them they didn't listen to my order and put mozzarella instead of the soy cheese i Wrote this off as a first time mistake and called and said please please just read your tickets. the the next 2 pizzas were good up to standard with my order but then last night they missed an ingredient and the soy cheese was too much and off putting almost sour.. I called to ask for a refund and not another pizza, the cheese would have been the same I lost my appetite and threw away the pizza - I talked it over with the guy and he agreed to full refund. The next day it was charged to my account tip and all and I called back the next day because of the status and the "Manager" debated about the refun and fought tooth and nail to do it.. I said kindly that it was not to my liking if you do more then 300 tickets a day you can give a simple order refund. I don't want another pizza frainky I don't even want to keep ordering.. after 7:35 min of talking he gave in and said ok refund.. Was it that hard to accept the failed attempt rather then Over disgust whats fair ? whats fair is that you listen to the mouth that's being fed by your hands and Do better _ he didn't even care to apologize- he just hung up the phone after i said thank you in a calm...
