Ben did an incredible job as a buyer's broker helping us with our pre-owned boat search and ultimate purchase. Ben took time to get to know us and helped identify all the boats on the West Coast that fit within our budget, requirements, and desires. Finally, we found the perfect boat in British Columbia. Ben led us through the deal and all the post-purchase requirements, survey, insurance, import, and registration--an extremely complicated task given the covid travel restrictions in effect at the time. He coordinated the handoff from the Canadian delivery captain in Blaine, WA and helped us every step of the way. He continues to be extremely responsive since delivery (two years ago!) helping us with technical questions, recommendations, and upgrades.
