I would highly recommend Ian fitness to anyone looking for personal training or workout classes. I've only done the personal training but I've witnessed the classes and they seem to be top quality with motivating instructors. during covid-19 Ian and all his people have taken up safety protocols to a standard you can expect during the pandemic. I find the scheduling easy for however many days per week I want, and rescheduling never an issue. if you have a personal goals your working towards al you have to do is tell your trainer and they will start working you towards your goals. there are multiple locations so certain times its harder to get there but also because there's multiple locations it makes scheduling for when you want to workout super easy. Read moreI've never been a fan of exercise for the sake of it. I much rather prefer to do stuff like hiking or climbing or other stuff that I have fun doing. Whatever I burn, I burn. Coming to IanFitness was a great decision though and for the first time in 35 years I've had fun consistently working out. The best thing is how quickly you're in and out while feeling extremely satisfied with your workout. There is no need to spend 2 hours in a gym 5 days a week if I can do this.
It is slightly on the expensive side, no doubt - but as far as boot camps and personal training go - it's reasonable. I strongly recommend to try it out at least. There's a chance you will be hooked :)
